Yes! I'm down 3.6 today and I'm happy with that, but I think I will try to do high protein and another steak day tomorrow just cuz I want to loose 5 lbs so that I can load.

I miss you guys so much I've been extremely stressed at work and so I'm trying to stay off the radar. It's so bad that when I some to work my eye starts twitching! Sucks.

Love life is a mess, I cant stand being at work but hey, I have HCG and I have you guys. I wish that you all lived around here we would totally be besties. lol.

You guys are doing great KUTGW!!!!!

I hear ya on the work....and the love life!
But, you are doing an awesome job...and you are sticking with it...THAT isn't easy to do all the time!!!

I'm hungry again today by noon!!! I took 3 when i first got up at 630, was rumbly by 1030.....took 4 at 11 and am now eating my lunch of steak and tomatoes and 1/2 an orange.....WHY am i hungry! This is day 8! grrrrrr i do not like even thinking about food!

Hi girls!! Sorry I've been MIA. Busy time in my life and we went to the Phillies game last night (they're in town). They lost in an ugly game and I ate too much. I even thought of Tiffany, and her victory in P2 while at her ball game. We're going back tonight and I'm bringing chewing gum and only drinking water, and maybe indulge in a diet pepsi if I'm really good!!

I used to watch Food network and torture myself while on P2 too!! Dh used to be upset with me. I didn't really mind. I was living vicariously through them!! Mostly like Goodwill after our yard sale this weekend.

I've been dabbling in the "intuitive eating" realm. It's been a bit of a failure. Of course starting that as TOM is beginning may have been a bad choice in retrospect .

I have been toward the top of my range ever since I added in running 3.5 weeks ago. I haven't had the wiggle room to really comfortably dabble in P4. I've been indulgent here or there, up and out of window, CD or general P3 my way back toward LDW then the cycle goes again. I was kinda' hoping to get back to LDW, or maybe even below LDW while running, so that my window will be a bit bigger.

Today I am 2lbs over my window (152) and I've been here too much the past few weeks. Additionally I am going on vacation in a few weeks. And although it'll be active (hiking/biking in Utah) I know I'll be eating out a lot. We'll have a full kitchen and I'll try to eat in for bfast and pack LC lunches as much as possible (we'll bring 2 coolers), but I also want to enjoy my vacation with the occasional indulgence. I think in order to really do that, I will need to get below my LDW before we go, and do the occasional down or very LC day while away.

The upside to all this experimenting is that the swings are much smaller than in the past. I go up 2lbs, not 5-7!! The down side is the CD's are much less effective. I think this is part of the running. But, I'm not sure what else to do? I'm doing a GYCD today. Drinking lots of water, and did my run (W4D1-killer!!).

We'll see where I am tomorrow. I will likely be back in window, but I need to pull a Lara and do a clean P3, then likely another CD on Thursday to get below LDW before the weekend. I need to keep my eye on the longer term prize and not rebound from the restrictive CD's and overdo it over the weekend. Balance is important, and I'm working on getting that down.

So, that's my update!! Aren't you glad I dumped all of that on you? I'll be back later in the week. The kids will be occupied Thurs and Fri so I need to pack and clean while they're out of the house.

Hi guys!

Sorry that I have been so MIA lately! Between my kitty dying, serious work stress (I hear ya on the eye twitch, Lara!), and a ???boyfriend??? who has been taking out his frustrations with being unemployed on our relationship (distant, non-committal, and just plain weirder than usual), I have been very absent.

I seem to have settled around LDW+5-7 pounds, so a net loss of about 6-10 pounds instead of the 13-15 that was LDW. Not the greatest but I just think that I had one of those rounds that just didn't "stick" well, despite playing it strictly by the book. It happens. For now, I am continuing with JUDDD but one of my gf's just started a last (for her) round so I MAY load this weekend and join her for a shortie. I really would just like to stabilize in the lower 140's and not have to worry about being so religious about calorie or carb tracking. I also don't want to train my body to expect ~1500 calories er day--I like to eat too much for that!

Anyway, just wanted to pop in and say hi. I'm still around and still reading, even if I haven't been posting a lot. Good to see old faces and new!

Thank you it's a challenge but I want it bad!!! If I could just maintain on my off days I would be like 20 lbs lighter hahaha.

Totally a retreat sounds like fun!! Amazingly steak days are kind of a relief cause I dont have to think about food at all. Unless you catch me at 3pm and I'm very hungry... I might eat anyone who gets in my way.

I am strictly steak day girl, it works for me. I'd tried multiple GY days one chicken thigh day and neither worked. I drink iced tea with splenda all day and go to bed really early so that I get extra sleep and dont kill anyone, lol.

I'm a coder at UMC Hopsital in Tucson well now they changed the name its University of Arizona Health Center... I abstract medical charts and enter hospital stays etc... like coding and billing hospital stuff. It would totally be fun to meet! Maybe after this round when I'm skinnier, should be June!

I'm kind of anxious about my weigh in tomorrow morning. Today I had coffee with cream and splenda, chicken with tomatoes and olives in a sauce and two hamburger patties. I feel really full. I'm planning on a steak day tomorrow no matter what my weight is, but Im still scared of the bouncy bounce thats been happening nearly every other day. I'm going to send good skinny thoughts to the universe now. lol

Hi Shelby~ ya I'm at home, no eye twitching here... imagine that! I thought it was the caffeine but lo and behold its work. This year has really been challenging so far hasn't it? I'm ready for some good stuff right? Men are so clueless. lol. I hope that whatever he is dealing with he snaps out of and wakes up to see that he's got a good girl by his side. You deserve everything not just part or a little bit but the whole enchilada. Hang in there. I feel good things coming for you. Keep your eyes open. There has to be a plan here we just dont see it yet.

Thank you! I really do need to enter my stats, don't I! Sorry, just never took the time to figure any of that stuff out. I'll try to get that done tomorrow, but if not I'm off Friday and will make sure to do it then.

WOW! Your measurments sound like me! I've always joked I was built like a linebacker. I DID work out with the varsity football team in HS...and could lift more than them! I was measured by a sports dr years ago and he said he hadn't seen this muscle structure like mine outside of a professional athlete. That gives me hope that i might someday look like Gabrielle Reese....minus about 5 inches!

I was UP .2 this morning..... Oh well, keep chuggin' along and see what tomorrow brings!

Yes, we'll have to meet up after you get back! I know your taller than me, but I really do have a bunch of clothes, let me go through them and I'll get back to you. It's mostly casual stuff (b/c I wear shorts , t's, and flip flops for work) but most everything else is almost new b/c I never go anywhere to get "dressed" for.

Sorry you were up today, it's coming, you know your pattern. Still hungry? Did you try lowering your dose yet? Hope you "lose" tomorrow!

Hope work settles down, you can always come here to vent! Boys... do we need to go there? I think most of us on this thread are the close to 40, single, and tired of the "boys" (you, me, Shelby, Thersa, sorry Julie, you've got a keeper!) Oh well, we all deserve better! Hey Julie! Hope you had a great time at the games, sounds fun! I'm enjoying P4 so far, though it's still early in the game. I sure hope the 5-7lb swings will be gone for me too. Maybe your a bit above your window due to muscles increasing. You've been using that body and I would think after a month you would be gaining some muscle.
Have you measured or are you "seeing" any difference? I surely wouldn't mind a couple more pounds if it meant things were shaping up better, of course I say that but haven't started exercising yet. Hang in there and just focus on maintaining, you've still got a busy stressful month ahead of you.


Shelby- Good to "see" you! Sorry the stress is on your radar too. Big hugs on your kitty, I lost mine in Oct last year, still tough sometimes. Hope you get that project finished, and the boyfriend gets a clue, MEN!

Good morning everyone!!! I hope all is well and the scales were kind! i'm not speaking to mine!!! I was up another .2 I woke to dogs up cussing so loud!

I posted a really long post on our p2 thread....i will spare ya'll! lol

Tonya, this morning I took 2 instead of the three....should i do two at lunch and dinner also and see what that does?

I looked back at my r1 log and there were weeks where i would bounce up slowly by a .2 .4 or so for a day or two...then drop 3-4 lbs (sometimes less) but not right off the bat! i had really good losses in my first two weeks! Monday started week two!

Hey Shelby!!! Really good to see you! I'm not going to voice in on my opinion of men....it is so low it is nearly non existent! I still am so sorry about your baby kitty!!! As an animal lover it breaks my heart to see anyone lose a four legged family member. They bring so much joy to our lives! I know it is rough...but i still feel like they "stay" with us!

Julie...you have to post pics of utah! I have ALWAYS wanted to go hiking there...it is so beautiful...all those red rock formations! I've also always wanted to do Sedona! Such a serene and spiritual place...Texas has big bend natl park...but they also have Palodura (sp) canyon! It is our own little grand canyon! Much smaller, but still very cool! I've also wanted to do the grand canyon! lol...add all these to my bucket list!

Lara Hang in there girl!!! You are much stronger than I even think you realize! I'm not sure i possess your resolve! I am jealous of the steak days....i know that sounds crazy. But man I miss FAT! lol...never thought i would say those words!

Just as I suspected, I'm up 2 today. The only way out of this is to do protein only on my regular days. I dont think it would be possible to gain in P3 on an off day with all protein right? After I logged off last night I ate an oz of cheddar and some almonds. Grrrr. I think I am ready for p2 I yearn for the super strictness of it. And I really want and need to be thinner. Might leave work early today, and by early I mean no overtime lol. Just had to get 4 new tires on my car yesterday but they let me put it on a new credit card with no intrest for 6 months so I dont have to bust my rump trying to pay cash for it. I also had my wonderful recurring tsunami dream where I'm at the beach and the water starts receeding. This time some dolfins and a lobster same to say goodbye to me first, that was nice lol. Maybe it means that I need to eat more fish? LOL!

Theresa- sorry your up! I can't imagine why you've not been losing consistently. B/C??? I would just skip the one on the first dose and take 3 for your other 2 doses. Like I said, I've not had to do it, but that's what I've heard. You could still start a thread if you want more opinions, but I would go to b/c. I've not really seen anyone here not losing from the start, but they may have. Big hugs!

Hey Julie! Hope you had a great time at the games, sounds fun! I'm enjoying P4 so far, though it's still early in the game. I sure hope the 5-7lb swings will be gone for me too. Maybe your a bit above your window due to muscles increasing. You've been using that body and I would think after a month you would be gaining some muscle.
Have you measured or are you "seeing" any difference? I surely wouldn't mind a couple more pounds if it meant things were shaping up better, of course I say that but haven't started exercising yet. Hang in there and just focus on maintaining, you've still got a busy stressful month ahead of you.


Shelby- Good to "see" you! Sorry the stress is on your radar too. Big hugs on your kitty, I lost mine in Oct last year, still tough sometimes. Hope you get that project finished, and the boyfriend gets a clue, MEN!

Thanks!! I do see some improvement in my hips and thighs (exactly where I need it which is good!!). I guess the hcg plan has me so scale obsessed these days. I do want to be lower in my window (or even IN my window ) before I leave for vacation. The mental aspect is hard for me right now. I took P4 really slowly in the beginning and was doing really well with it. Then I added running, scale jumped, and even though I CD'ed my way back in, the wrestling at the top of the range has persisted. Well, I have also enjoyed eating more variety and indulging. Somehow the exercise has left me with a sense of entitlement (I should be able to eat more, b/c I ran yesterday blah, blah). But alas, it's just the opposite. Oh well, back to "work". I'll live. I'm just disappointed. But you're doing great!! I'm really happy for you and even with adding in pinapple yesterday, you're down!!? WTG!! You really seem to have hit your stride with all of this. After a lifetime of struggle, you're "home" at this nice low weight!! WTG!!

Lara-you always make me smile when I read your posts. Sorry you're up today, hardly seems fair!! And your dream? maybe you should have some fish? As they come to say "goodbye" to you? I did some tuna this past week thinking it would help. It didn't . I think I'll do a clean LC day today and then a steak day tomorrow. I'll try a true one, only 1 big steak around dinner time. Sigh. Hope it works. This GYCD didn't get me where I wanted to be. NO CD has been really effective for me lately. Can't really figure out why. I have added CO, but I don't think that's it. The only other thing is the running. Sigh.

Theresa-you're one strong and determined girl!! Hope you get your whoosh soon!! I'd be stomping mad!! . Each round is different. I've had good and bad ones. But, in all of them, there was some hunger, some stalling etc. Hope in the end this is a good one for you. You'll be back here to fat-land soon enough. We'll save some butter and steak for you too!!! I love Sedona. It's my favorite place here in AZ. Even more than the GC!! We were hoping to visit the north rim of the GC on this trip, but it's still closed. We're going too early to do several things I'd like. Like hike the narrows in Zion Nat'l Park. Evidently the water is still too cold and too high in early May. We'll see. I'd like to at least hike down to it, and see it. I've always wanted to hike the Utah Nat'l Parks, but it took some convincing to get dh to do it. Of course, being able to trade our timeshare for a cheap place to stay helped . Really looking forward to it!

I'm only down 1.8 from my GYCD yesterday . I'm still out of my window. Really? I was so good yeseterday!!! Grrr!! I upped the running to 16 minutes of actually running in my 34 minute routine. I'm even sore again today. I sure hope that's the reason the scale isn't down further. I would like to do a steak day today. How has that gone for others? Back to back CD's aren't good, right? Maybe I'll do a strict low-carb day today, and then do steak tomorrow. Then stict LC on Friday to lock it in? I usually have a bit of rebound gain after a CD, but when I've only lost 1.8, where is there room for rebound?

I'm going to have to put the IE on the back burner for me a bit. Maybe when I'm away on vacation I'll try to do it again. The scale has been climbing too much for me while enjoying myself. I think the real scale war began when I added in running. I haven't been able to get back down where I was before it. I intellectually know that the running is better for me than a number on the scale, but emotionally I'm scared if I let this 3lb gain stay with me, it'll grow and I'll be back up where I used to be. So, I'm taking the rest of this week to try and get back down a bit and settle in (while running) back to my lower numbers. I'm afraid of vacation as I usually gain 5-10lbs. I want to enjoy myself w.o. undoing all my hard work. We'll see. Maybe I will be intuitive not indulgent in my eating and surprise myself .

So, I've had my coffee/CO/cream today. I'll have LC foods all day, then steak day it tomorrow. Sigh.

I try to make my posts funny, thank you for saying that Julie!! Good luck on your steak day too!!

Ok, so my steak day CD is almost over and I survived. Now the plan tommorow will be super duper strict P3. Here's my menu...

Breakfast will be... Omelet and coffee with cream and spenda
Lunch.... two hamburger patties with cheese and onion
Snack.... strawberries with homemade whipped cream
I have no idea what to eat for dinner.

Do you guys think the strawberries are ok? I packed a lot for work so that I won't feel hungry at all. Any other suggestions?
This has to work!!! If it doesnt then its not what I'm eating. All along I have been P3 but these spikes indicate that I'm trying to reach a higher set level or stress is killing me. I'm now in my 2nd week of p4 never stabilized. Eeick.

I'm doing the steak day tomorrow. I ate P3/Atkins style today. I ate a lot too, 2000cals, but all LC (had half a LC flat bread-but net carbs are quite low). Had lots of cottage cheese, some strawberries in it. All beef hot dog, and ham and cheese. Quite happily full right now This feeling will be remembered tomorrow as I do a steak CD.

Lara-I hope my body responds to my steak day the way your body does. Could you talk to it? I usually only lose 1-2lbs these days. I'm sure (like you) I'll be up tomorrow. What can you do? Sigh!! Hope my steak day magic works and we're both down for the weekend!!

I'm sorry your both having such a rough time on the scale. I wish I had "the answer" to help. I don't understand how rounds can vary so much. This one was a blessing for me, very unlike the first one.

I so admire your determination to keep the weight down. I'm not sure I could handle Cd after Cd after Cd. That frustration is exactly why I regained it all after R1 only to have to lose it again.

Big hugs to you both! I'm proud of you both for not throwing in the towel!

in a major rush this morning....and totally bummed, frustrated and upset!
ANOTHER .2 gain. I have now gone from 263.8 to 265. Steady gain since that low on Sunday.

I am going to do the fat fast for the next 3 maybe 4 days if i can do it for 4? And then go back on my rx. I have NO idea why i'm gaining. everything is on protocol.

I hope ya'll are doing fabulous! I'll be back when i get to school to check in on everyone!

Sometimes I have had a zero day or two in a p2 but never a gain, remember that those fat cells are filling with water before the disintegrate, maybe thats it? Lets hope so.

I'm down 2 which wasnt enough but I will take it. Strict eating today and another cd tomorrow. wonder what would happen if I just did 10 steak days in a row lol. Thats a lot of steak... lol

Theresa- I don't get it, but so sorry. This diet would be very hard to do w/o losses. Have you thought about a mini steak day or egg day? I did both last round, I did the steak day same as on P3, egg day was 8-10 eggs, I did one with 10 & one with 12. I lost on all of these, and kept going down. Makes me wonder if your loss was from the water pill? Good luck with the fat fast.

Lara- I know it's less than you wanted but 2 is better than nothing. Enjoy your steak today! My first round I gained on anything other than CD foods, but I could combine those foods and do ok (like steak, eggs, and GY).

I'm up .6 today, 119 even. Good with that!

Maybe hhcg may not be your thing! I am for the Rx as you already know that it has worked great for you in the past. Since you have a plan this coming summer, go with the Rx and try again hhcg later on when you get close to your comfortable weight.

Well, looks like I'm in the "what the heck" category?!! I gained 1.4lbs while on strict P3 yesterday. Seriously? C'mon!! I'm really frustrated. I have only 2 things left to avoid. One is running (which I don't want to stop doing) and the other is CO. I don't know if that's it? I will probably stop it tomorrow (had some in my coffee this morning). I sincerely hope that's it. It would be the easiest fix. I'm doing a steak day today and will stay LC over the weekend. I don't think I'll try to do a CD over the wekened, but I made some HB eggs, so I'll make egg salad for tomorrow. Sigh.

Lara-I'll prob only lose 2lbs too. But at least that would get me back in window. Why is this so hard now? I had a pretty good start to this stabilizing!! Why can't I back down? I don't want to do another round. But I guess back to LC is a preferable alternative. If I can drop 3lbs I'll be happy.

Theresa- Ok, I've been mulling over your situation. I wonder if this is just rebound gain from that water pill you took a while ago? What is your total loss for this round? Didn't you have a big drop that one day? Maybe it's just rebound from it? I'm sure your body is actually losing but the scale isn't showing it. Hang in there!!

Tonya- that's normal up and down stuff. I'm working on getting back to your comfy stablization. Like when you relost that cold gain? Maybe my body is just rejecting the running or CO? Hope that's the key. This amount of effort just to maintain is really getting old!! Hope you have a great weekend!!

So, today's steak day will be my last real CD for a while. Tomorrow I will skip the CO. I'm not sure if I want that to be the problem or not? I like the idea of the CO and all it does for you. But, I hope that's the problem. I remember last time I added CO I gained from it. Maybe that's the culprit this time too? It would make sense. I can't imagine that 4 weeks in, the running is still making me gain? I do up the intensity every week though in the C25K program. We'll see. CD today, no CO for a few weeks (tough to do on vacation anyway) and see where I land. I'm going back to strict LC for the week too. There'll be time to up the carbs again once I'm back where I want to be. So, that's the plan!!

I've been dabbling in the "intuitive eating" realm. It's been a bit of a failure. Of course starting that as TOM is beginning may have been a bad choice in retrospect .

I have been toward the top of my range ever since I added in running 3.5 weeks ago. I haven't had the wiggle room to really comfortably dabble in P4. I've been indulgent here or there, up and out of window, CD or general P3 my way back toward LDW then the cycle goes again. I was kinda' hoping to get back to LDW, or maybe even below LDW while running, so that my window will be a bit bigger.

Today I am 2lbs over my window (152) and I've been here too much the past few weeks. Additionally I am going on vacation in a few weeks. And although it'll be active (hiking/biking in Utah) I know I'll be eating out a lot. We'll have a full kitchen and I'll try to eat in for bfast and pack LC lunches as much as possible (we'll bring 2 coolers), but I also want to enjoy my vacation with the occasional indulgence. I think in order to really do that, I will need to get below my LDW before we go, and do the occasional down or very LC day while away.

The upside to all this experimenting is that the swings are much smaller than in the past. I go up 2lbs, not 5-7!! The down side is the CD's are much less effective. I think this is part of the running. But, I'm not sure what else to do? I'm doing a GYCD today. Drinking lots of water, and did my run (W4D1-killer!!).

We'll see where I am tomorrow. I will likely be back in window, but I need to pull a Lara and do a clean P3, then likely another CD on Thursday to get below LDW before the weekend. I need to keep my eye on the longer term prize and not rebound from the restrictive CD's and overdo it over the weekend. Balance is important, and I'm working on getting that down.

So, that's my update!! Aren't you glad I dumped all of that on you? I'll be back later in the week. The kids will be occupied Thurs and Fri so I need to pack and clean while they're out of the house.

Thanks much! We have a great support on this site -that has a lot to do with my/our success. I am hoping to get the 1.6lbs left from the loading out of the way by tomorrow and start losing new lbs!

Thanks Tonya! I am trying to not get down about this silly scale!! But I've worked really hard and was hoping to be actually down from the running. Sigh. Fight on!!

I ended up doing a chicken thigh day instead (did buy steaks, I'll go throw them in the freezer). I got thighs on sale and baked them. Then after my "run" and shower (2PM) I was starving and the thighs were already baked. So, I'll give this a chance. I've had coffee/cream/CO and 3 thighs so far. I'll have 3 more for dinner. And I'd better be down tomorrow!! I have egg salad made and in the fridge for tomorrow. I'll have any leftover chicken thighs and egg salad tomorrow. Maybe a protein shake (mixed CD foods). I hope to be back to LDW tomorrow but even if I'm not, I'll keep LC and clean.

Hope all is going well in maintnance land!! I'd like to be able to relax soon. I was doing so well early on. Why should running and/or CO be making this so hard? I know, I should just be happy I'm healthy and active, and as low on the scale as I am. I'm getting obsessed!! Back to life. Gonna' get my oil changed and hit the library.

Major good mood tonight! lol...don't know if i am on a fat high or happy to know i have rx in my purse! lol I was going to do the fat fast for 3-4 days (why can't we live on a ff? it is so yummy) but should i start the rx tomorrow or wait till im done w/ the fat fast? I've asked this on the ff thread also. I just don't want to mess anything up more so than i already have!

I have discovered a brand new ultimate goodness! I have a mushed up avocado tomorrow for lunch w/ some red pepper and adobo spices w/ a big piece of pork side cut up in it AND i poured in one tbs of melted butter to get the fat up! OMGEEEEEEEEEEEE! Holy GUACAMOLE!! it is so good! beyond decadent!

Julie you are amazing! Don't forget that! The scale really doesn't matter that much! So long as you are healthy, happy and your clothes fit! Could you be gaining muscle from the running? That will cause the numbers to go up.
anyhoo...YOU are an inspiration and help all of us on here!!! And we will need to see landscape photos when you get back! for those of us poor schleps stuck at work! lol

So, today's steak day will be my last real CD for a while. Tomorrow I will skip the CO. I'm not sure if I want that to be the problem or not? I like the idea of the CO and all it does for you. But, I hope that's the problem. I remember last time I added CO I gained from it. Maybe that's the culprit this time too? It would make sense. I can't imagine that 4 weeks in, the running is still making me gain? I do up the intensity every week though in the C25K program. We'll see. CD today, no CO for a few weeks (tough to do on vacation anyway) and see where I land. I'm going back to strict LC for the week too. There'll be time to up the carbs again once I'm back where I want to be. So, that's the plan!!
I don't understand how co could be a culprit for ya. You had problems on it before...are you allergic to an enzyme or something in it? It just seems so bizarro that evoo, butter, eggs all that doesn't do it...but co? hmmm, i hate that ANY of us have problems...but it does fascinate me...and irritate me all at the same time!

Hey there Tonya! I am sure the loss was mainly the water pill! since the one day was nearly 8lbs...but then another 3 the next day? then gains? i'm totally befuddled! But hopefully this ff will kick something into overdrive...if not it sure was super yummy and then i will do my rx and pray it works like it did last time! if it doesn't then i am certainly going to lose it!
You are killin' this! Way to stay below the ldw like a rock star!!!!

You are right Lara...maybe i jumped the gun a bit on the ff? Idk....but like you I only would go 1 day w/ a zero or a small gain...then a loss...but never this many days w/ a gain. But i have my rx so i will do that and get back to it!
That 2 is AWESOME! I know it isn't where you wanted...but take it and run!!! That is 2 more you don't have to worry about! Sending you gigantic hugs and bunches of !

Done with my high protein day. Wound up having another ground beef patty with cheese and bacon for dinner. I feel so full I think I ate a pound of ground beef, 4 eggs some cheese and strawberries. oh and coffee with whipped cream. If I gain tomorrow I will stop eating altogether. Just kidding.

Went to buy steaks and its a steak day tomorrow. I have 8 days to loose 7 pounds so that I can gain them back at loading. I know it sounds crazy but this is my goal. Hope I can do it.

Julie~ I agree with you, I really have no idea why this time around its so hard? Maybe because we want it to work and we wont give up and if that means being moderately obsessed then so be it. We can do this!

I'm allergic to Coconut, maybe you are too? I tried coco crack and my face was itchy for 4 weeks, haha. Not worth it. Im also allergic to tomatoes romain cucumber hazelnt rice tuna green beans geez there are so many Ive left out 4 cuz I dont even remember what they are right now. I wonder if that could cause a gain cause of swelling? Just a thought.

hhcg lowcarb- that load weight will be gone in no time, and you'll on to new pounds! Best of luck on your round!

Julie- Gosh, watching you struggle makes me so afraid to start exercising. One would think after a month that your weight would drop back down, if not a little lower than normal. If your size hasn't increased, maybe you might need to think of adjusting your ldw a bit to compensate for the exercise. I'm sure it's not something any of us would want to do, but the stress of fighting this day in and day out can't be good for the scale. Who knows, maybe if you did, and could relax and not stress over it, you might slide right back where you want to be. We all know you have a lot on your plate (mom, vaca, moving, kids & school), but hopefully
a month from now life will settle back down for you, and you'll be easily in your comfort place. Big hugs!

Theresa- I'm so glad to see you happy today! I hope you enjoyed the FF and it sets your body up for a great round with the rx. You've done a great job hanging in there, I hope it pays off for you now! So what's the plan, when are you starting it? Less than 55 days!!! It'll be here before you know it!

Lara- Hope your protein day nets you 7 lbs (lol)! Food sounds delicious, kinda makes me wish I needed one.
I do hope you settle in before the 8 days are up, that way you can just relax and be before starting your next round. Either way, your doing a great job fighting the fight!

Morning. I'm up 1 lb. Better than three I suppose. Steak day today but I feel icky woke up last night at midnight with nausea and number 3 haha. Yesterday they were painting in the office and forgot to close the vents to connecting offices so we were smelling and tasting paint for a bit. Hope thats it or im coming down with something. I usually dont get nausea like that it was so bad I had a garbage bag ready just in case.
Other than that yippee its FRIDAY!!! I cant wait to go home and take a nap.

Good morning Lovely Ladies!!! HAPPY FRIDAY!!! I need to get to work, but wanted to check in super fast! I was DOWN...YES DOWN .2 this morning! Not a record breaking loss, but hey, i was super happy it was not in the other direction!
I am going to do the ff for at least three days and see what sunday brings...may do a heavier fat day Sunday w/ higher cals and then begin rx on monday w/ vlcd#1 again! Oh please let that work!!!!

I got a call last night from a good friend here in Sav who wants to have the gang all go out tonight...i am certain it will turn into one rowdy night..w/ good times to be had by all. I would prefer not to drink ( i don't do soda at all...not even diet!) but I may have to splurge and do a tequila shot or two...but i am going to make him promise to keep me in line and NOT let me do more than 2! His wife is also on the hcg and she does vodka...so together maybe we can be good! I"m going to od on water today to counter attack that problem!!! I do need a good night out! Been cooped up in the house way too long!

Lara- Only 1, that's progress, 2 steps forward, 1 step back! Enjoy your steak day and hope you get to feeling better!

Theresa- Woo Hoo! A loss and you get to go out tonight! Hope you have an awesome time! Drink, stay low carb and enjoy your weekend! It shouldn't hurt the scale too much, and let's just call this R2 Redo! Be careful though, you've not eaten much this week so the alcohol may hit you good.

hhcg lowcarb- How'd it go today? Lose the rest of your load weight? Maybe more? Sure hope so!

I'm up +.4 today, 119.4. Ok with that, seems my body plays between 118.5 and 120. Still below LDW anywhere in there. It's all good!
