Lara-seriously? Don't you want to cry? You've been so faithful!! WTG!!! That's some steak day!! Maybe it is that ranch dressing packet? That's not fair!! Hopefully you will get to stay here in your window while eating good stuff!! for you!!!

I'm down 1.4 from my mega steak day (2 biggies!!). I'm still a bit sad that my body isn't dropping bit numbers from CD's, but I guess that's the flip side to not gaining big numbers from indulgences I guess. Whatever's going on, I feel good and am enjoying myself so I'll just run with it . Enjoy your weekend ladies. Having some froyo today. Trying to lower my fat a bit and see where that gets me tomorrow. I have been thinking that now that I'm "stable" and adding more carbs in it would make sense to lower the intentional fat from my diet. I'm not going low-fat , but I switched back to half/half in my coffee, am taking a day off of CO in my coffee too. I'll eat more balanced today and see what tomorrow brings. I'm not pursuing carbs intentionally today, but I'm not avoiding them either. GOing with an "intuitive" approach. We'll see.

Hope your feeling a little better about it now and you drop Sun/Mon and don't have to switch.
Thanks for posting the Ranch dressing recipe, if I can find one for Mayo, I'll try it.

Taryl- Thanks for posting the ranch recipe, I hope to try it. You mentioned you had other recipes for good dressings, would you mind posting them?
I haven't found one for mayo that I can stomach yet, tried a couple with evoo, and I think I just don't care for the taste of oo/evoo. Any ideas?

Well, I'm up 2 today, still below ldw, need some major potty time, and prob ate too many "smoked almonds" yesterday from Sprouts. Not stressing it, they were pretty salty. Ever have a day where you just can't feel satisfied eating? That was me!
Will reign it in today. Oh well, life goes on!

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend, we had a "cool front" come in Dallas, and it's beautiful outside! Will be working in the yard & planting all weekend!

Ok, thinking first day of TOM (early again ) is the wrong day to try IE - my intuition is CHOCOLATE!! WE'lls ee. Hopeuflly the choc almonds I just had would be sufficient.

Julie - I go out (sometimes) w/ a couple of friends who religiously go to Mexican EVERY Friday night! They get the hook up on pitchers of margaritas and there's hardly ANY mixer in it so it's mostly tequila!!! Never made any at home yet!

Good morning! I know a new thread is about to start but wanted to pop in and say hi! and i miss ya'll!!!

I DID manage to get past that bizzaro stall (right off the bat!) lost 4+ yesterday and down 3+ today! According to my calculations that is a tota of 11lbs combined since my monday weight last weeks loading! Please let it continue!!!!!

1 cup of asparagus

I saw someone uses 1 carb ketchup on this, is that okay to use?

Hey girls!! I'm up window +2, but didn't do a CD. I'm a rebel . I'm sure I'll be up a little bit still tomorrow, but hopefully it'll work back down this week if I stick to LC. I do CD's usually, and end up back in window, but I suspect clean LC eating will get me back in window too.

So, that's the plan this week. Fewer worries and CD's. Clean LC meals, stick to my running (week 4!!) and see where I am by the end of the week. If I'm still out of window I'll do a real CD. They haven't been all that effective lately, and I think that if I just keep my nose clean I'll settle back down to LDW area.

We'll see. Hope you're all maintaining well!! This is quite an adjustment to think of not trying to lose weight. Just live, eat, live. Letting it sink in!!

Hi ladies!

Tonya --it sounds like you are doing great on those pallets! Today is my 1st day of VLCD (P2). I will see what tomorrow brings. By the way , I love the pallets -much easier than the drops and I love the fact that they do not smell like alcohol and you can manage to talk while they are sleeping under your tongue

I loved the pellets too, and the drops! The intermountain drops don't have the alcohol taste. Good luck on your round!

I had tummy rumbling today! It isn't unbearable BUT I was never hungry r1. On another note.....i'm FREEZING today. I was wondering when that was gonna kick in! lol

I use the hhcg. It worked for me for R1 so I figured why not do the same for this round.

Yeah, I started freezing today, too. If I remember correctly it didn't stop during R1 until I stopped taking the drops. Hopefully it will be a little different this time around.

Is it bad that we're both on P2 but posting on the P3/P4 thread?

Teresa, I was hungry 1st round, and didn't want anything the 2nd round from about day 7-40. I was fine once I got passed the head hunger. I do think each round can be totally different even when using the same h/hcg.

Keep rocking it ladies! I made it to the other side and it sure is nice! Your both gonna get there too!

Oh, the clothes!!! I so need to do that, I don't have much that fits. Funny thing, I have this shirt I love from Kohl's, it's an XL fitted and I wore it about 1 1/2 yrs, but when they put them on clearance, I had just started my 1st round, so I bought the large. A month later they had a small for $2, I bought it never dreaming I'd actually wear it. Today I put it on b/c the large looks like a night shirt! It fits perfectly!!! I so need to go shopping, just didn't believe I'd keep it off this time. It's been 40 days since my last dose and I've managed to stay 2 below LDW. Unbelievable!
It's time, I'm shopping this coming weekend!

You are going to get here!!!! And, you'll enjoy each and every size along the way!

Funny thing, I have this shirt I love from Kohl's, it's an XL fitted and I wore it about 1 1/2 yrs, but when they put them on clearance, I had just started my 1st round, so I bought the large. A month later they had a small for $2, I bought it never dreaming I'd actually wear it. Today I put it on b/c the large looks like a night shirt! It fits perfectly!!! I so need to go shopping, just didn't believe I'd keep it off this time. It's been 40 days since my last dose and I've managed to stay 2 below LDW. Unbelievable!

I don't think i've ever been a small. I will be happy in a medium given my shoulder and bones.

I know... I think it's time to let some of the old stuff go. I'm thinking I'll keep everything up to a 10, and believe me it's not much. But most of what I have is 16/18 and goes up to 24's. Don't know why I haven't purged some of this yet except I don't want to have to replace them. Don't discount yourself, I always felt like the linebacker in the family, still do but know I think my shoulders are my favorite part. I can see all the structure to them and the muscles too, and I'm not even working out yet. Never thought I'd like them. The good thing about broad shoulders is it really shows off the waist! I remember measuring mine years ago and being so ashamed it was 45 inches. It's 27 now. Your gonna be surprised just how low you decide to go, I really was just hoping for 145 with vanity of 130-135. Never in a million years would I have dreamed 119. He11, I didn't think I would even look good here, but if you've never been there, you just don't know, and believe me, I'm not petite! I did an exercise bootcamp about 4 years ago and when the trainer measured me, he told me I had the biggest measurement on my forearms he'd ever seen on a woman, and they weren't fat, just solid & muscular.

I'm so excited to watch your journey, and watch you get to goal! It'll take a little while, but what's the alternative? Like I said your gonna enjoy every size on the way down.

I'm not going anywhere, this board keeps me on track. Maybe a year down the road, if I'm still at LDW, I MIGHT not feel the need to be on here every free minute, reading every thread. Face it, your stuck with me!

Good Morning Ladies!

I'm P4D3, ate corn again yesterday (2nd time), and was down .6 today. 118.8, 2.6 below ldw, and this after 2100 cals + 300 cals of coconut oil.
Woo Hoo! This is working! Gonna add pineapple today.

You are trully an inspiration!! Can you add a little bit to your stats like Round#/starting weight/ending weight etc... That will help us even more to see that we can also do it.

How long did it take you to get where you are and how many rounds? You may have said that already but my brain is not as charp

soooooo, if you want to donate the 16/14s i know someone coming to texas soon who won't have clothes! lol plus we HAVE to meet up for a lc beverage!!! I have a pit bull buddie who also does rescue in the dallas area that i will have to come see too!

WOW! Your measurments sound like me! I've always joked I was built like a linebacker. I DID work out with the varsity football team in HS...and could lift more than them! I was measured by a sports dr years ago and he said he hadn't seen this muscle structure like mine outside of a professional athlete. That gives me hope that i might someday look like Gabrielle Reese....minus about 5 inches!

I was UP .2 this morning..... Oh well, keep chuggin' along and see what tomorrow brings!
