Dosing and TOM
 

Do you dose when you have your TOM or not? This is my first round, and I remember reading somewhere not to dose for three days. I have started spotting and it looks like my cycle will start several days early this time around. I usually spot a few days b4 it actually starts. Today is VLCD4.

I dose unless the flow gets really heavy then I'll skip one day. Never skip more than 2-3 days, 2 for homeo, 3 for Rx or the hcg will be out of your system and you'll be miserable.

Thanks for the response. I decided to continue dosing, mostly due to hunger.

Most folks that are within the first 2 weeks of their round cannot skip dosing or they do have hunger issues. Sorry no one responded sooner. I'm not very good at looking at new posts in the lobby... will try to be better about that! :)
