Completely fell off
I hate when I do this. I completely fell of the wagon last night after a very successful week. I didn't even cheat on anything good. Just binged on anything and everything I could find in the house.
Felt so bad when I woke up this morning. Anyone else ever do this? Can you recover quickly from it. I didn't even get on the scales this morning. Too afraid to do that. |

I know it's hard. Sorry that happened.
Here's a saying I love: "One day at a time, no guilt, and move on" I would drink tons of water and do whatever I had to in order to get my head back in the game. I would also analyze why I fell off the wagon in order to plan for next time that same trigger happened to me. Things rarely go as we plan - but don't forget, Thomas Edison learned a thousand ways NOT to make a light bulb before he got it right. :-) Just keep going ! |

![]() I've been in the same place and managed to hop back on (after a few bad days) and I'm so glad I didn't give up. So, how are you doing, Aceofdiamonds? |

You CAN do this. Forgive yourself and move forward. I finally cheated on the second 1/2 of my 3rd round and I could not get ahold of myself and get back on the VLCD and move on... ended up quitting that round, starting exercise immediately, continued to have difficulty controlling my portions and binges and gained from 146 LDW up to 165 by the time I was done loading for this round. I struggled the first 8 days or so b/c the scale was bouncing horribly due to me choosing to continue to exercise this round.. so I threw out the scale and have been on protocol ever since. I did weigh a couple days ago and in my first 13 days lost 10.6 pounds. I'm still not down to my previous LDW.. BUT my head is in the game and I'm gonna get there and beyond with this round!! So... you do brush yourself off... pick yourself off... and be determined that you CAN do this for yourself!! We all make mistakes and have to learn from them and move on.. only when we wallow in them does failure set in and d-rail us. You CAN do it!!

OH YEAH, I ate last Monday, like, everything. My losses were effected for two days and I'm now losing again.
It happens. I'm choosing to stay in the game to see how much I lose from one day to another. |
