Please advise and help is very welcome!
Here is the long and short of it.
I did the HCG diet 2 years ago. It was easy and I went down to my goal weight.(45 pds) Things went well for a few months. I went up a 15 pounds so I started the HCG again. I would go down a few and fall off the wagon again. This has gone on for a year or so. Not sure how many cycles of HCG I have started and not finished because I fell off. So now I have gained all my weight back. I don't know what to do. Have I used to much HCG? I have used the shots. I have 2 more boxes. I did order the pellets to try if needed. Does anyone know if I screwed this up? Thanks for any and all input. |

I'm sure someone with more experience will come along with an answer, but from what I've read here you don't have to worry about being immune to hhcg. I would suggest making sure you're ready for a pristine round, and do it by the book. Make sure you load properly and decide how long your round will be. I've started and stopped a few times, too, and this time is absolutely different!
All the best! |

It's very important not only for your piece of mind but for your health to make sure that if you are going to do another round to complete it. So what I would do is plan for a short round of 23 days even if you have to loose more than 36 lbs... and see where you are. The toughest part of this diet is keeping it off and I'm goingto assume that you, like me are one of those who cant really eat white foods like bread sugar... so maybe its time to make a mindset change to the low carb lifestyle. I've done rounds and gained it back, felt horrible about it. And it was because I started eating processed foods again. My body just cant handle it. I just had to ask myself is this really important to me? And it is. Whatever you choose to do I wish you luck, but my answer is no, I have not personally seen any immunity issues so far.
