First round ever on P2 made a really interesting food combo today!
So far so good! Thanks to the guidance of my mother in law my loading days must of been a success I haven't felt hungry at all!
First two days I wasn't really adventurous though with my menu. I ate 96% lean hamburger with spinach. the second day I got a little adventurous and shredded my fruit serving of an apple in my hamburger and cooked it with lots of garlic and onion powder. With my spinach I cooked from fresh spinach with a little water and and a dash of vinegar. I crumpled 1 garlic melba toast on top! it was real good. BUT today my new creation is this!: ![]() Chicken Serving diced and cooked with a little bit of water than I added Red curry and Cayenne pepper to the chicken and let it cook I minced a little garlic and put that in there after it simmered a bit. AND than I added fresh spinach and half of my serving of grapefruit and let it cook until the spinach was done! I love Thai food and I thought a lot to day about all the lovely dishes I've tried so I improvised and it tastes absolutely fantastic! I will definitely make this again! |
