Love the Pellets!

I was doing the Intermountain drops... I decided to switch to the pellets when my drops weren't working anymore. Let me just say, (for me at least) I think the Intermountain Pellets work so much better for me. YAY... I bought them on netrition.com.

That is like music to my ears
I started this round with a old bottle that only lasted me 8days in..then nothing for 2days (long story about the 2day thing) I just got my pellets today from the same place... and am looking forward to restarting again tomorrrow morning!

Glad they are working for you...thats incouraging.

That's great. With the drops for the most part I ate totally clean (with 2 slip ups) and I lost soooo slowly. Now, with the pellets I eat very well but I do have to eat out sometimes and haven't been super vigilant about it - like yesterday I split a greet salad with someone and then only had a small serving of p2 chili for dinner and I'm down 1.3lbs. I'm still going to try to eat as clean as possible but now I feel like I can do this longer. My energy is also better!

I did m first dose of pellets this morning. I have to say...I miss the 'burn' 'tingle' the drops gave me. The 3 pellets under my tongue felt kinda funny as they rolled around..and took quiet awhie to disolve...
Hopefully the change will be positive...I cant wait to see the 160's and maybe 150's by summer

Someone said it's the outer coating that has the "dose" in it so you get that kind of quickly. It's ok to swallow the pellets after a few minutes. My intermountain drops didn't tingle at all and had no flavor. With the drops it I ate off plan even a little I would gain. This past week I didn't have time to get the foods I need for P2 (and I'm very strict but I did have 2 cheats). I'm watching what I eat but couldn't do strict protocol bc I didn't have the food ready. Still losing with the pellets.

I got the Intermountain drops this time but may switch between the two on a long round. Thanks for the feedback!

I just started the intermountain pellets this week...and am hungry! This is the 3rd type of hcg I tried (first another brand of hhcg pellets, then rx drops, now IM pellets) and nothing really works! I only have a few lbs to lose but can't seem to get there!

Question

I may be in the wrong thread. If I am I apoloize.

I have been thinking of trying HCG and found HCG Patches online.I am wondering if any one here has looked themup? As you know I can't give a website or anthing but you can do a web search. The testimonies sound great and I believe IF I do this HCG I will start with the patches.

Also If one goes off the plan do you start another load day? And start all over or what? And can you have sugar free syrup?
thank you

Lorrie,
It sounds like you are taking 3 pallets at the sametime? I thought you are supposed to only take 1 pallet 3 times/day? If it's 3 pallets 3 times/day then you will be taking 9 pallets per day??

Could you clarify? Thanks!

Interesting! Yes mine are intermountain (haven't seen them yet --will check the delivered package out tonight when I get home...).

I heard people saying Intermountain bottle has a 40 days worth (120 pills) and I assumed you only take 1 but 3x/day (=3x40=120).

Anybody used intermountain before? how many did you take per day?

Thanks ladies!

There are enough pellets in the bottle for 40 days at 9 a day you should have 360 pellets in the bottle, most people have said they have more then 360 pellets in their bottles.

I love pellets too --- but mine are Rx-grade. They are more $$$ than the homeopathic brand, but man they curb hunger like NOTHING else.

also the normal things for hunger issues UP your water add some lemon or ACV toyour water have a cup of fat free broth and your favorite spices , , have a cup of yerbe mate or oolong teas etc

but Dr Simeons does state this is for abnormal fat and you are soo low anyways i bet you don't have any abnormal fat he also states when you get to where you need to be there are hunger issues

and yeah the HHCG is on the outside of the pellets so after a few minutes for them to absorb i go ahead and chomp

HI Deb!!!
So, were you taking the intermountain? I have switched from rx (r1) to the IM pellets for r2. I noticed right away a few more "*itchy" mood swings and I have been a bit hungrier and "thought" about food more so than on the Rx. Now, it hasn't been unbearable at all...just not as "easy" as r1. I had to force myself to eat on r1! THAT'S never been an issue for me!
Im wondering if i should maybe try 4 pellets 3x and see what that does for the hunger issues?
I also had ZERO losses for the first three days of vlcd...then yesterday and today nearly 10+lbs! WHEW! I was about to go get the rx again! I might anyway just to have a stash for the summer when i move and no longer have my dr....or a JOB! lol

I totally agree. I don't know how I ever did 55 days on my first round using drops. I didn't know what it felt like to have no hunger and good energy on hcg. The pellets are awesome!

110% agree! I can barely eat my allowed food! And I love the fact that I can manage to talk while I have the pallets under my tongue. Definitely more discrete and easier to handle !!
