P3 success for week 1!
And honestly, it’s freaking me out!
Hi again- I checked in last week with doubts about this whole plan. Well, I’m not doubting anything today, however I’m in “shock and awe”. I’m on day 8 of P3 and I’m 1 pound under my target weight. And I’ve been eating some crazy yummy stuff- and lots of it too. This is crazy! Saturday afternoon, I had an awesome salad with apples, walnuts, chicken, cheese AND regular blue-cheese dressing. And a glass of wine- and I LOST a few oz the next morning. For Easter dinner, I indulged on P3 friendly stuff until I was stuffed! And this morning I weighed even less! For the last 10 years, I’ve counted every WW point and logged some massive gym time, all to stay at 130 pounds. Well, after being frustrated about not being about to ditch the last of the baby-weight, I reluctantly tried HCG. After a too-quick round in January of yo-yo'ing, I’m now doing it right. And I’m amazed. And honestly a little weird-ed out! This morning I weighed in at 122.6 Seriously- how is this happening? And please please don’t let it stop working! |
