As soon as I see 140 on the scale (only 4.8 away), I'm ending this round and doing a LC version of JUDD (instead of P3) and moving on. Eating LC is works best for me and it's what I feel best on. I

That is AMAZING

I don't really do a P3 either--just go right into eating Paleo (like low carb but without the dairy). You MUST post before and after pics once you hit 140!

I will. I have a before, but I was sitting down and I'll have my hubby take an after picture. I decided to use Weight Watchers points to track portions, but keep it low carb. Congratulations to both of you on your loss as well.

When the time comes, can some of you help me upload them at that time?

Yes, I'm on my 4th round and I'll admit that I only take three week breaks between rounds. It's taken me since June 10th of last year (June 8th and June 9th were my loading days). I'm doing JUDDD for maintenance since a lot of former hcg-ers are having lots of success. I had such a hard time stabilizing on P3 and it was so frustrating. However, I'm going to follow the rules and keep it all low carb for at least thirty days. In general, I don't physically feel all that great when I eat junk carbs and there's lot of choices eating LC.

I'm sooo close to goal and hope to end this round in the next few days.

Did you lose it all on Atkins?
