Measuring before HGC
 

Last weekend as I was doing my research on HGC (while waiting for my drops to arrive), I can across a picture you could print out that looked like a paper doll. You measured and filled the blanks in. Does anyone know where I can find that again? :dunno:Took my first drops this morning and ready to load!!

My hcg guide by Linda Prinster has a form for measuring but it is not as cute as that paper doll one!

No idea about the paper doll. I just wanted to say that you should definitely take those measurements. It's a better way to see the changes than the scale. Even days when you might stall or slightly gain, you might find that your measurements have changed. A real incentive!
