Constipation...any ideas?

I have not had a BM in 3-4 days. I'm not in any pain or discomfort...thankfully. I have read that this can be normal, and there were some ideas/suggestions to help get you "moving" again...BUT...I can't find those links. Just wondering if anyone can tell me what's successful for them.

Sue, What's "CALM" and where do you get it?

Hi Jodie,

It's actually called Natural Calm and it is a magnesium supplement in powder form that you stir into water. I use the raspberry lemon flavor. I get it at Sprouts, but any health food or whole foods store would sell it, and netrition (the sponsor of this site) sells it online too.

Appreciate the tip... have Sprouts within 3 mi of my home!!! I will talk to the folks at the vitamin area...and have them point it out!

I swear by hemp hearts, I eat 4 tbsp every morning and have been doing so for almost a year. It`s all natural and tastes rather pleasant, Google it for more info.

Thank you for all the suggestions. I bought some Magnesium and I drank "Smooth Move" tea, and it worked like a charm. I live a good distance away from our health stores (no time to go!)...so I opted for Walmart...lol. I actually have had two days of 1 pound losses...yay!!!

That's fantastic! Glad it worked!

Those are the two methods I use too. And although they call it "smooth" move, I hardly thought the results were really smooth... But whatever works, right?
