questions from a newbie

I am a newbie to HGC and am going to be loading tomorrow and easter sunday. I hear to do the drops the same time every day. But do I have to eat the same time every day? Say I do the drops 6am,12pm and 6 pm. Then do I have to eat at 6:20am,12:20, 620pm every single day?
I have read so much and I know there is so much more to read.
Thank you for your help. Any other ideas, tips, recipes, daily menus, favorite combinations anyone cares to post here will be greatly appreciated.
So excited to load tomorrow and start my journey monday!!

They say to skip breakfast and eat lunch and dinner... I do lunch at 1030am and dinner around 4... I try not to eat past 6pm. You can do it however you like there are really no rules on when to eat except not to eat anything at breakfast. and as long as you eat all your food ie; protein fruits and veggies.
For example I eat all my protein at dinner. But you can split it up.

Must I take my drops at the same time every day or take them 20 minutes before I eat?
Thank you LaraSuzz

I take my drops at different times within a few hour window (I even miss a dose occasionally) and I'm never hungry. Somedays you just forget. As long as you don't eat 15 minutes before or after you should be fine. Eat when you want to as there are no rules as to how long before or after the drops you eat. (Other than the 15 minutes and after because it's homeopathic medicine)

Sorry but this isn't true according to Simeon's plan. I'm not saying your way won't work, just that it's not really protocol.

From his book...
Quote:
There is no objection to breaking up the two meals. For instance having a breadstick and an apple for breakfast or before going to bed, provided they are deducted from the regular meals. The whole daily ration of two breadsticks or two fruits may not be eaten at the same time, nor can any item saved from the previous day be added on the following day.
Quote:
The fruit or the breadstick may be eaten between meals instead of with lunch or dinner, but not more than four items listed for lunch and dinner may be eaten at one meal.
The four items are the 100 grams of protein, vegetable, grissini and fruit so if you're eating both proteins for dinner that's not protocol. Don't get me wrong, we all do our own plan/have our own tweaks, and yours are as valid as anyone's. I just hate to see someone not have a midmorning apple and grissini when they're starving because of a misunderstanding.

Yup, what she said I have done both ways. I have done the splitting up of all my meals--had apple and breadstick for breakfast and protein and veggie at lunch and the same for mid day snack and dinner. Worked for me!! I have also done the "eat only twice a day"--eating only at lunch and dinner. Again, worked for me!!! Just try it and see which way works for you.

I also would try for the drops at the same time during the day, only to remember when I took them For me, it was a struggle to remember to take the darn things. And then to remember NOT to eat or drink before OR after. Sheesh!!! I wish it were not so complicated. But the results--totally worth it

I think I have a wheat allergy cause I'm doing melba toast twice a day, is there any known substitute other than a grisini bread stick, cause that is wheat too

Why do you think you have a wheat allergy? Just cause you are doing the melba 2 times a day doesn't indicate an allergy!
