An Introduction
 
Hello. I am Kate. I am new here but have been lurking for several days now after coming across the website while seeking recipes.

I am not new to HCG. I have followed the diet twice before and I lost a bit of weight but got pregnant after round 1. When my baby girl was 10 months I started a second round. It was terribly hard because she was still exclusively breastfed and I felt hungry and gave into temptation often.

I managed to maintain about a 14 pound weight loss after round 2 while following a Primal Diet. The baby is now 16 months old and I am ready to get this extra weight off and finally not be fluffy.

Before having children I never had a weight problem but after baby #3 I never was able to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. After baby #4 weight loss was nearly impossible. During the past 13 years I have either been pregnant or nursing and my body holds on to the extra weight when I am nursing and doesn't want to let it go. Because my 16 month old is still nursing and even tough I am dosing correctly I felt hungry the first couple of days I have decided to eat a bit more protein this time around and so far so good. Acording to ****** my meals are coming in around 750 calories+/-. I will adjust as needed.

I had 3 5000 IU vials of HGC leftover from the first time I purchased it and hopefully I won't have to order any more.

I had weighed as low as 177 recently and then did several preload days filled with Primal allowed fatty foods: avacado, bacon, coconut oil, coconut butter, almonds, butter, etc. I then loaded on Primal illegal foods: sugar, bread, fried breaded food, candy, etc. I decided to do a 3 day load because the 2nd day didn't go as planned and I didn't eat all that much.

Lunch- Salad with Walden Farms Ranch dressing, meatloaf made with grass fed ground beef and pastured pork sausage (ate at Mom's so I was at her mercy but it turned out ok)
Snack- 1/2 orange
Supper- 4 oz grass fed ground beef patty, steamed asparagus with lemon
Snack- steamed apple (1 apple cut into chunks with cinnamon, squeeze of lemon and Stevia added and cooked in microwave)

Lunch- 4oz meatloaf made from grass fed beef and salsa and topped with a splash of Walden Farms Ketchup, steamed asparagus with lemon
Snack- steamed apple
Supper- 6 oz chicken breast sauteed with 1/2 small onion and 1/4 cup bell pepper

Hmmm according to your posting you're having 3 servings of protein a day. Was that your intention? IMHO I would stop the walden farms and do less protein... but looking at your menu and the fact that you stated you wanted to be at 750+ cals maybe you aimed for that?

Thank you for the welcome and the comment. Yes I am intentionally eating more protein than normally allowed. I am breastfeeding and if I have 500 calories I know from experience the baby is not getting satisfied when she nurses. I must be doing ok because today I am on Day 12 and I have lost a total of 18 pounds and was down 3 pounds this morning (also had TOM thrown in this week). I am very happy with my results.
