New to this board... looking for help
I am new to this board, but am on my second round of hHCG. My first round went pretty well. I lost 19lbs (not counting my loading gain) and did wonderful through Phase 3 staying within a 1 - 1.5lbs Phase 4 was great for first 2 weeks, then the last week was a struggle with 2 Correction days.
I immediately started round 2, and was actually 3 lbs up from my LDW when I started. I gained 8 lbs on my load days (ok, maybe over did a bit!) I am on day 24 (including load days). I have lost the 8 lbs from the load and another 5 lbs. My only off plan days were about three days when I added some egg whites in the morning since I was fighting my second sinus infection in the past 6wks (I am NEVER sick and thought I could maybe use a little extra protein). Yesterday was a typical day for me: Grissini breadstick in am Lunch: 100 grams raw white fish with sauteed (in pam) w/ onions apple Dinner: 100 gams raw Ground Beef 93% lean Melba Toast Tomato Orange Lots of water. I would love to have any suggestions on what I might do to jump start a loss. I am still at 29 BMI so still have a way to go.... Thanks for any advice.... CM ![]() |

I would cut out the Pam (which isn't fat-free, despite what they say) and use chicken or veggie broth to sautee your fish in instead. Onions, tomatoes and oranges are all quite high on the glycemic index. I would swap at least two of those out for maybe strawberries and a different veggie (lettuce, spinach, asparagus, kale, bok choi). If that doesn't work, drop the melba/grissini.
In non-diet related stuff... Have you switched out your personal care products? Lotions, shampoo, conditioner, makeup should all be free from ingestible oils. Have you switched out any oral products (gum, toothpaste, mouthwash, lipgloss) for non-mint, non-camphor products? Mint and camphor both interfere with homeopathic preparation absorbtion. Are you keeping your pellets away from electronics? That can deactivate them. Are you making sure to not contaminate your pellets with saliva or skin oils? The pellets should be put on a spoon and tipped into your mouth. If they touch your hands or the cap touches your mouth, it can deactivate your whole container of pellets. HTH

Thanks for the advice... I have used more beef this time than I did last time as I was getting really tired of chicken. So I will go back to chicken, fish and shrimp more. Good timing on asking about this, as I ate my last orange yesterday. I will pick up more apples, strawberries and grapefruit.
I checked my personal care products and they all looked ok, but will look at them again. Thanks again for the help!!!! CM |
