Afternoon
Well life is moving too fast for me and in a month Dh will deploy. The thought has me deeply saddened. On the plus side we leave for Florida and our Disney trip on Friday :yay: I can't wait I'm in my shorts today. I'm not thrilled with them but they fit good and Dh swears he's really happy with how I look. If I'm not pregnant when he leaves I'll be losing some more weight though Going to go catch up |

A young, sweet couple came today and they are very excited to be the new family for all three of my Parakeets. They are animal lovers and are going to allow them to fly around the house and provide perches for them. They also have two young children who just dyed some Easter Eggs. The kids are hoping that the eggs hatch so they are going to tell them that's where the Parakeets came from!
![]() They also are going to buy one more bird so Coconut has a mate. They were going straight to the pet store to buy another keet! It worked out so well. I didn't get much money but I am so happy with where they are going to live and how they will be loved. ![]() The guy who came to see the hot tub yesterday got back to me today and he can't handle (electrically) the spa. I guess he has 110 service and mine needs 220. I have no idea exactly what all that means but it essentially means I still need a buyer. I'll drop the price if it isn't sold by the end of this week.I'm getting the water balanced and making the spa look perfect. I pulled out the core on one side because it needs to dry out. I placed it in the sun but I don't have the guts to take it out of the plastic covering. Not that it's intact, but it will be even less-so if I screw around with it. I never got a return call from the woman who was looking for horse help on Sundays. I called her again today and left her another message. Don't know why she is not calling me back but I'll keep at her. I'll bbl. I have tons of stuff to do and figure out. God bless each of you today! May you receive the desires of your heart. ![]() |

Down 1.8, this morning begins day 4 for me!! One thing that has really helped me this time is starting off declaring a short round. I know I can do anything for 21 days!! Of course, if I'm comfortable and continuing to release weight I'll probably continue on, but it's nice to know that there's a light at the end of the tunnel.

Morning!
I know I have been MIA, but my kids are out of school this week and next week for spring break, so I have been busy with them. TOM started yesterday which I am really happy about since I won't have to deal with it for my brother's wedding. So I am up 2lbs because of it, but not sweating it. Have a great day, y'all! |

![]() As for me, I'm heading off to get ready for the farm. Office day today. I hope I can get that blasted word doc finished and put it behind me. I don't think it's going to be anything like they wanted. I just have to admit defeat and get over it. Then I'm going to let her know that from this point on until things settle down at the farm, I'll just be helping her from home. (see siggy.) Shower time then off I go. BBL, ladies. Love to all! |

Good morning -- err. afternoon --, all. I'm down a half pound today. Hope to add to it tomorrow. I thank those who have given advice. I'm not comfortable increasing calories as I usually eat around 600, sometimes less, sometimes more, but I try to stay within 25 cal. as I feel consistency is important. And at some point this crazy body of mine will have to give up and release some weight. Right? Right!!! I had a whey shake last evening, and since I had a small loss this morning, I'm planning on doing that again. It's too hot in the afternoons to want to eat anyway.
This is my 23rd injection, so I can end at anytime, but am planning right now to stay on until next Thursday. That will make a 30 day round (or if we count the last three days, 33. I have a trip planned for the following Wednesday and want a few days to ease into P3 before I go. I've enjoyed this week working at the vet's clinic. I helped with neutering, spaying, teeth cleaning, and one cancer surgery where the vet removed 5 tumors. That last was really interesting. I hope everyone has a great rest of the day. B.C., I'm happy for you that you can stop your round at any time and that you are still losing well! You many not think it's "well" but you're making good progress.
![]() How old was the dog with all those tumors? I'm guessing it was a dog. Is he now going to receive chemo treatments? Poor thing. I did the office day today at the farm and it went pretty well. I got a few things accomplished but there is a lot of sitting around waiting for instruction. Problem is that whenever someone else walks in the building or calls, they get Petra. She's the one I need to guide me toward my projects and so I must wait. Then I got home (after getting my emissions test done on my car) and returned a few phone calls that I got when ringer was turned off. One of them was from a woman who has a farm and apparently she called me a few days ago, after my first call to her. I never noticed I had a message and just heard the both of them today. So we talked and it sounds like a lot of work but it's just Sunday from 7 am until 4 pm, with an hour lunch break (if I can get the work done and can factor it in.) They have 12 horses and a "herd of mini's." A couple of goats, too. She is also thinking about using "the person she hires" for a couple of afternoon hours one day during the week. I'm going to meet her there at 2:30 tomorrow and meet the people and the horses and check out the farm. It will be a @%(^ load of work but it will give me some spending money as well as great experience. Padding my equine resume!! Diet is still in limbo but I realize that I can't keep going on like this. It is incompatible with the horse-life I have in mind. Paula, where are you? Sending much love and hugs to everyone tonight. Will keep you posted about what happens tomorrow. Prayers appreciated! |

Not a lot of action here today!! I'm sipping a cup of tea, tummy still growling. I'm going to stick with my routine tomorrow (dose at 6,2,10 and eat at 6:30,10,2:15,6,8) but if the hunger continues I'll need some advice. I've been using 3 pellets each dose so far. My meals are still cream with coffee first meal followed by 4 meal replacements, for a total of 490 calories.

Lynne, so you are doing a liquid fast this round? No wonder you are having trouble with hunger. My pellets say to take 4, 3x/day and other than the first two days on VLC, I haven't had a problem with hunger. Maybe you just need some actual food for your stomach juices to be working on.
It's crazy calm around LCF tonight! It feels like a weekend. I haven't seen a weeknight be this still in a very long time. It makes me nervous. ![]() Please, folks. Check in when you can. Just throw us a little bone and tell us you are okay. I'll be back tomorrow to tell you what I think of that farm, and what they think of me. |

Well, I finished my day coming in at 700 cals. I'm a little afraid of tomorrow's weigh-in. That sounds ridiculous, even as I write it.

Hi PeepS! I gather we still have not heard from Paula? Praying she is safe and just without power. We had the tail end of the tornadoes over in in Louisiana, but all is well. I''m holding steady under the low dosing weight of 154. At 153.8 today, so that is fine with me.
I'm thinking of starting another round with the new bottle of drops I have on hand. I could stand to drop another 10 or 15 pounds per the vacation shots (from behind, from boyfriend's camera ugh!!!) Although no complaints from him (big old sweetie). I've been running the roads, but should be back here shortly for more close reading and posting. After this weekend, boyfriend goes away for 8 days over 2 weekends, so a good time to start a 21 day round on Monday, plus I have two friends starting Rx HCG next week or so. I will do a round in support! Also, I want to try hypnosis to make me stick to protocol. Will advise as to results!! Looks like I will get invited to go back to Belize again in June!!

I'm here
I've been running around looking at houses all day. We offered on one It's crazy!! And it's a real sale. If we get the bid, we are really moving!! I'll have to pack!! What have we done? I do like the idea that we could actually own a home some day! This house is smaller, and a single story. It would be nice to down size. My mom seems to be doing well. I'll go see her tomorrow. And run my last day of C25K this week. That'll likely kill the scale Sat. but what can you do? I did a modified "Beef CD" today. Bunless cheeseburger w. grilled onions and mayo for lunch and london broil w. horseradish cream for dinner. Low carb, and about 100g protein and fat for the day. Should get me down closer to LDW. Ah those lovely days when I was below LDW. Good times, good times.

Good luck on getting the house Julie! It is always fun to have a new place but I HATE packing!
![]() Reading over the threads has me concerned for Paula as well. Maybe it is just as Sue said and she is simply without power....fingers crossed. I am in P3 for now, yesterday I had Cadbury creme eggs, Asian dumplings, and MORE Cadbury creme eggs. WTH!!! Not sure what came over me, but I simply cannot resist CREME EGGS! On another note, today I am babysitting my cousin's little boy, who is actually my god-child. I can't wait! His name is Jackson (Jax), he's 8 months and the happiest, sweetest little guy.

Up a half pound today but I was expecting it as we had our Agape supper at church last night and I had a cup of gazpacho, a few olives and a glass of wine -- overall calories were 750 as I'd skimped on lunch knowing I was going to eat at church. I resisted anything else that was fatty or carby. The hard thing to resist was the platter of dried fruit -- I love dried figs. I make the bread each year and the smell of it baking was wonderful! But I'm committed enough to this diet that I really wasn't tempted to have any last night.
This is my weigh/ measure day and I'm at the end of week 3. One pound loss for the week and no changes in measurements. Maybe a 1/4 inch off the hips, but that's always dicey because one inch up or down and the measurements change. We need to come equipped with measuring lines on those hard to measure places! Quote:

Whew, I dodged a bullet there. I'm down this morning!!
Bigit-Carol, you're probably right about the frankenfoods. I'm committed to finishing up my MF foods, but I may try mixing in some real food, and keeping my cals at the proper level. As for the cream, I will definitely switch at least to half and half next time I purchase. The funny thing is, I feel like I need more when I use something less rich. It's definitely worth a try!! It's very nice to be in the 160's (barely)!! I'll be exercising this morning (mon-wed-fri) and working today, working tomorrow then Easter! I'm really concerned about the meal, but I will dose as usual and probably fast except for that meal. Surely I can keep it to 500 cals!! My family is used to my "quirky" eating...no grains or sugars. The ham is the problem. I've thought about taking some chicken, but the hostess is prickly, so the real choice was either go or not go. Since I'm going I'll just make the best choices I can. Sending more positive thoughts for Paula and any other TX peeps!! Also, did I miss something? Seems like I've not seen Mini lately. Thanks for all the support, gals!

Yes, really feeling concerned for our TX people! Although it's true that there are probably power problems and besides, cleaning up after a tornado is busy!
Down 2 lbs this morning after bouncing up and down quite a few days. Finally! I was hungry the other day - unusual for me with hcg - and then when I not only didn't lose the next morning (yesterday) but was UP I felt so discouraged I considered ending. But here we are today, no hunger, down 2 lbs - so glad I stuck! Posting this for all of us to remember when we get discouraged!

I did the same thing when I put a bid on this house. I had really wanted another one and went back and forth for a week and still didn't get it. So I decided to look at houses that had been on the market for a while so I would be working with people who were more desperate. I made a bid on this house and it wasn't anything I was in love with, but I really didn't think I'd get it anyway. Surprise! It's yours! It ended up being a good house for me. The best neighbors on the planet and a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with just the right sized yard. It was a good home over all. I hope you get the house! That is, if you really do want it.
