running
I am thinking about loading Easter weekend and starting that monday. Over the past 3 weeks I have been running 3 times a week 2.3 miles at a time. Can I continue doing this? I have registered for a mother/son run in May and realy want to continue training.
Thank you ![]() |

If your body is used to it there isn't a reason not to continue. You should just not start one during p2.
I worked out through both rounds 5x a week (mandatory for Air force) couldn't say "sorry I can't I'm on a "controversial diet" that says I'm not allowed" I did read my body though and if I felt a little weaker one day, I just didn't push as hard ya know? totally doable for you though, just keep in mind you may stall or gain the next day (water) but it's disappears right after that. ![]()

I am a runner too. I ran my normal 2-3 miles the first week on P2. I did not push myself and switched to power walking once I felt too weak to run. My advice is to just listen to your body. You are on very few calories and I remember reading that overexercise/too much exercise causes the HCG not too work.

Agree on listening to your body! This round I break protocol to have a banana in the morning before my workout. At this stage for me body strength is as big of a goal as weight loss. My energy has been great! I get about a half hour of running and a half hour of strength training. If I have to up my protein I am ready to do so.
