Starting again.. need drops..real ones!
Lost well on my first round 1.5yrs ago and have held it..so Im ready to get going again.
Loading is out of the way..( gained 4.2) I just finished day one succesfully. So I thought I should jump back online with you all before I wonder around on my own and mess up..lol. ( like my last 2 sol attempts) Now I have a bottel of drops that has about 1/3 left in it from some past failed attempts. I have used it threw my load and today. with looking at it I have about 3 days left. I am so worried about buying some that are fake.. Do you thing GNC is a reputable store ? I would love to but cant afford the shots. |
restarting again loading through Sun starting lo calorie Monday..Got the same drops I got the 1st time comes with amino acids and B vitamins I know nutrition sells them too so I won't mention the brand name I have spoken with the company on the phone with my zillion question and they have answered everything I asked...Last time 3 months to the day I started about 1/3 of my hair fell out..That was 2 years ago..Well the diet worked and I felt great so I am going to do it again...Taking biotin just hoping it works out better..

:hiya: Lorrie!!!! Happy to see you here :jumpjoy::jumpjoy:
GNC doesn't have the hcg with the hormone in it. I therefore don't recommend those. I suggest you get the ones from Netrition. I hear the pellets are great! If I needed some more, I would go with those ;) I am hoping this is my last round and I won't need anymore, but if I do......Netrition is where I would go, as everyone else has changed their formula to contain no actual hcg. |

starting again
Hi I'm new to this website and I have done 3 or 4 rounds of HCG but I have struggled with maintaining 20 lbs, I graduallyl crawl back up in weight, what do you use to maintain your weight and keep it locked in after losing?
|
adeline---that is my struggle too. I have lost weight on hcg just fine. It is the keeping it off that I am lousy at. I really want to stay at my LDW, but it is a big struggle. I am on another round so I can get back down to my goal of 115 (was there 2 summers ago thanks to hcg) and this is what I have planned for keeping it off---I am going to do P3 just as Dr. Simeon's says with the no starch and no sugar but then for P4 I am going to do a diet called JUDDD. It is not so much a weight loss diet per say, although others do lose weight on it, but you can use it to maintain. It is very successful for those who have done hcg and that is why I am going to try it. I am doing a re-start to my latest round, so you have company in re-losing weight!!

Just looked.. are the pellets you ae speaking of the ..Intermountain HCG
HCG Pellets ? for 27.99 If so..how long do they last? I rememebr the drops costing more... |
Yes, they are the Intermountain. I have not used the pellets, but I do know that others have used them with great success. I don't know how long they will last. Hope someone on here will jump in and let you know. I was going to try the pellets the next time I needed some hhcg, but hoping I won't need anymore. I have heard that some do better with the "no hunger" on the pellets so that was why I was willing to try them. I am experiencing hunger and don't like that. It is causing me to go off plan and I have to stop that!!
I have not weighed myself all week and while it is killing me to NOT know how much I have lost, I don't want to know the actual numbers. I hope this makes sense. I can totally tell I am losing because I can see it in my clothing. Just when I am ready to quit, I pull out my pants and they are loose. So I am hanging on by a thread---literally LOL. I will be here as long as I can stand it! And hopefully that will be long enough to reach goal LOL. |
I'm not on the pellets, but I understand it is a 15-20 day supply at the suggested dosage. Good to see you again, Dawn. Although maybe I should say that as it means you are back here having to lose again! :)
|
intermountain pellets are my jam. they're great!
|
I use the pellets and they are working great for me. The ones netrition sells are a 40 day supply.
Serving Size: 3 Pellets (three times a day) Servings Per Container: 120 |

I've been happy so far with the intermountain pellets!! I just bought 2 more bottles "just in case" but I'm hoping to get to goal on the bottle I'm using. I think they are a bit more stable than the drops, especially if one bottle is used for 2 short rounds.

dawnyama,
What is JUDD, please. I am starting my next vlcd on HCG when I come back from easter weekend visiting my children. If I have a plan for afterwards, it will encourage me while I'm doing my round. thanks for your input. |
