Good Morning! R4VLCD15 and I'm @ 12.8 pounds gone which is fantastic. It would've been more, but I did an interruption meal on Friday night. We went to this little buffet that we've been to many times I ate mostly sushi, protein and some frozen yogurt. I had planned on going to this other sushi place we love, but made this my interruption day instead and all I did was set myself back. However, had a great time with my family. At 152.4 this morning and my plan is to be out of the 150's this week. I always have a tomato and protein for lunch and rarely the P2 chili. However, when I do, I seem to show more of a fluctuation. Have the P2 chili w/ beef for lunch today that my sweet hubby made and it's back to a regular tomato/protein for lunch tomorrow. I don't ever have beef twice in a day so tonight it's either vinegar crab, shrimp or chicken with my usual two cups of raw spinach and vinegar.

I was talking about doing JUDD, but was also thinkng of mixing JUDD and Weight Watchers together when I get to maintenance. I can count points much easier than calories and it's apparent that I will always keep a food journal to stay on top of my game. I've noticed that when I fail to plan, I plan to fail.

Have a wonderful day everyone!

I'm here -- barely. Up and down all night emptying my bladder, but down another 2 lbs. this morning. I know it's "just" water weight, but at this point I'll take anything. And at least I am now below my true start weight before loading.

Cheryl, when I had a horse I would have given anything for someone responsible to ride him / her (I had two at different times) a few times a week. I worked and felt guilty that they weren't being ridden more. I wonder if you put in a notice on Craigslist or something like that, you might be able to find someone wanting an excersizer? Could be a win-win situation.

Glad to see so many losers on here. You are an inspiration to me and I thank you.

Haven't planned my meals yet, so need to do that so I don't end up with "whatever" -- never a good idea for me.

Down a pound this morning! That makes almost two lbs in the last 2 days. Maybe this little stall dance (2 oz lost, 2 oz up) is working itself through and I'll start truly going down again. Happy!

belfry, yay! We'll def take water weight losses! When water weight shows on the scale it's discouraging, so we'll take the happy when it leaves!

Advertising that you will exercise horses is a thought, Cheryl. Are you an experienced rider?

Of course the other thing is, will the barn you volunteer at give you that opportunity when they start riding again this spring?

Good morning!

Didn't hop on the scale this morning because of all the eating this weekend. But I am back on track today. Did my workout and about to get on with my day.

I think I will have to always count something even in maintainance. I don't want to, but I think that is the only way for me. I am so ready to be done with dieting, but I am so close to goal that I can't stop now.

Got to take DD to the dr here soon.

Have a great Monday!

Question for you rogue-sters: have you used any substitutes for Melba/grissini? That stuff is getting a bit old for me.

The best I can do it dampen a Melba and let it sit in a paper towel til it is softened, then sprinkle cinnamon and stevia on it - pretend I'm eating a coffee cake-like substance.

I welcome any other suggestions.

Morning, ladies.

I'm still off the scale, though I may get on it tomorrow as I may need the motivation.

I've run myself pretty ragged this week, and am underslept and fighting a cold -- that doesn't surprise me.

I am going to try to stick to protocol calories today, though. I am adding a small amount of coconut fat, since straight protocol doesn't do me so well.

More later, lovelies.

I feel you, Cathy! I tried on jeans and a skirt at the store yesterday and it was depressing. Those store mirrors and lights are not nearly as friendly as my mirror at home! Good to see though; have to stay realistic.

The pound down today was also good to see.

Cathy!! you're working your plan and even w/ that second week stall I'm sure you'll be down this week!!

rogue buds!! Good to see you all again!!

Diva-I didn't know you were doing another round!! You're my hero!! I'd love to get as lean as you and I ALWAYS quote your siggy line "I can have that later". So happy to see you here!! It'll be summer here in AZ by Friday! But today it definitely feels like winter!!

Cheryl-glad to see you're doing well!!

Mini-you're such a cute bird medic!!

Plum-great losses, KUTGW!

IthinkIcan-I didn't do the bread either, sorry!! If you're a rogue, maybe try the light popcorn others do on the OWL?

Stacey-you're probably not up as much as you fear, w/ all that exercise I'm sure you're doing wonders for your metabolism, and a few up days on the cals will only help keep that fire burning!! Hope dd is ok!!

Brigit-Carol-down it down!! Water or not

I am back from a really fun weekend of camping. I will confess that I didn't stick to as strict P3 as I had hoped. I indulged in cocoa almonds (technically P3 friendly, but portions!!), dark chocolate, crunchnmunch, chocolate covered raisins, slice of raisin toast and half a piece of pizza!! Not all at once, over the course of the past 2 days mostly. I could present my reasons/excuses, but suffice it to say, I enjoyed myself, and did what I could in the situations in which I found myself.

I am up 2lbs from my Fri. morning weight, but still 0.4 w/i my window. . So, I am doing a clean P3 day today and hope to be back down a bit tomorrow. I had some bernice issues (those camping vault toilets don't exactly inspire me!!) and definitely didn't drink nearly the water I normally do (again, to avoid multiple visits to the potty). So, I expect that things will settle back down today . We'll see.

I had a fabulous time and love my Oak Creek Canyon. We got snowed in Sat night into Sunday, and it took over 4 hours to pack up and dig ourselves out to get back to the highway. That was a camping first (and hopefully LAST)!! A memory was made to be sure!! But, we had a great time. Here's a pic of my family on our hike in Sedona Sat.

Have a great week!!

Ok, tried to upload but it wouldn't let me. Off to figure it out.

Love the pic Julie! Such a beautiful family! Your girls are so cute!

Thankfully DD just has a virus and can go back to school tomorrow since she no longers has a fever. I thought that might be the case since she was acting like herself.

Star, good luck on your next round and really hope you hit onederland!!

I am doing that. You can read my journal and see my food choices. I have been see sawing around on the scale but when I stick to it, I lose well.

Sounds like we all had a rough weekend! I'm staying off the scale all week, hopefully....I had fun this weekend but man a few carby treats and my stomach immediately balloons up. Why can't I remember that feeling before I eat it? Cuz it's not really worth it.

WOE: one day at a time!! LC!

Thanks Star!! I recently found some good "before" pics but have yet to scan them in. I, like most of us, hid from the camera at my highest . But, the "new" me is feeling much more comfy in my own skin!! Hope you have a great round!!

Stacey & Cat -thanks girls! We love hiking and Sedona is my favorite playground.

Cat-we're toying w/ a CO vaca this summer. WE loved it out there last Fall. If we get a whole week and are near you, maybe we could meet up? I hope a "special round" will get that scale moving. I suspect your body would "remember" you're lower weight and hopefully go back there pretty easily. The speed of hcg is my main appeal to the plan too. Losing slowly is so hard!! I did the calculations one time, if I lose 15lbs in a round, that averages to 1.7lbs/week over the 9 week plan. When I looked at it that way, I wasn't as excited about the speed of loss. However, that first 3 weeks w/ the main weight loss is very exciting! The next 6 weeks of locking it in, while eating more, is scary but fun. So, 3 weeks of starving, 3 weeks of Atkins induction, and 3 weeks of careful eating and introducing carbs vs. 9 weeks of LC. I wanted to try it w/ LC instead of the drastic calorie drop. When I look back at successful LC attempts, losing 1.5-2lbs a week while EATING looked better to me. Unfortunately, I couldn't lose on LC. I got to the weight where my body seemed quite happy eating LC, and wouldn't let any more weight go!! The drastic calorie restriction did the trick. So, hopefully, if you made it through my novel . you'll have a good round!!

Ok, back to crack the whip on the girls. They're slacking!!

How can you be so blasé over losing 2 lbs? That's great!!! As far as working other people's horses, I'm not to that level yet. I can ride but I don't have experience tacking up the horse. It's been many many years and I never got the hang of putting the saddle on. I know I can learn but I need practice. You can learn ANYTHING on Youtube.

As above, yes and no. I can't advertise for something like that at my level of experience and knowledge. Maybe a year from now, if I can get a few lessons and a few rides in at the place I'm volunteering. I mean, I'm so desperate to ride that I'm paying to go for a "walk" next Sunday at a stable that I rode at last November. And I didn't like the trail and told myself I'd wait until the other stable opened up in the Spring.

Come to think of it, they might have opened, since the weather has been so amazing. I'm going to call them and see. They allow more than just walking and there is some sort of stream or river on the property. (They aren't open yet. Absurd!)

And no; it's not looking like I'll be riding at the therapy center unless I pay for lessons.

WTG on dropping 2 lbs in 2 days! Sorry for almost missing that. I'm in a mood.

Come out and play with us. None of us are jazzed about it. Well, at least I'm not. But there's no way out but through.

Stacey, I'm glad your daughter is feeling better! Thank you, Lord!

I am sorry but I am down-in-the-mouth right now and am not feeling the least bit perky. Had my first morning at the farm and it was me and the equine manager. She's a little high-maintenance. Plus I over-dressed and I was dying in the heat. I thought it was close to 70 but the car thermometer only said 49! I was simply melting.

And I don't like the morning routine. It's boring. So I told her that I was just going to do my two afternoons a week (plus the one in the office.) But the way I feel right now, I wish I would just get a part-time job and lease my own horse. I need to ride! And I need a situation where there aren't so many people watching and critiquing you all the time. The rules keep changing. AHHH!

Sounds like we all had a rough weekend! I'm staying off the scale all week, hopefully....I had fun this weekend but man a few carby treats and my stomach immediately balloons up. Why can't I remember that feeling before I eat it? Cuz it's not really worth it.
I'm going to do it!! going to continue to take the HCG cuz I just spent $$$ on it but switching to Strong medicine/eskimo diet this time last year I was 194 would like to see that again and lower

Where have all the roguers gone tonight? I miss you!

I'm meeting my sister at the dog park for noon tomorrow. It's a great place with a nice river, but I'll bet the water level is pretty low. Hadn't thought about that before I asked her if she wanted to go. Nuts! Oh, well. The price you pay for having an excellent winter.

All the snow is in AZ!

I'm here!

Just really busy being mom and wife. The kids play outside everyday and need bathing every night now. I have been packing all their lunches at night too, so I can't get on the computer until I get all that done.

Have not really been feeling well and I am afraid it is the milk. I thought I would be able to tolerate milk in its raw form, but I just can't. So the dairy has to go again. I am having a mini pity party. It just stinks!
