Wow what a tiring day!! We started off with a 4.2 mile bike ride one way, and then we rode back ..(so 8.4 here). Then we biked up to the tennis courts in our neighborhood, not too far, maybe 0.3 mile, played tennis there for about 45 minutes to an hour, then had to leave those courts (they get locked up) and rode our bikes to the next tennis court, which was about a mile away... Played for about another hour... Then rode home the other mile, 1.3 miles back home....(another 2.6 miles) Then walked the dogs twice too..(0.8 miles each time) (once at lunch) once after dinner. I am pooped!! I think it was a pretty good workout day... A bit hungry though of course... I have burned over 3100 calories already and its not even 7 p.m. I did not exercise more tonight, just took a nice warm bath and relaxed... Sounds like a good around here today ... we enjoyed ours in the sun thats for sure!

Cathy, that's an AWESOME day of exercise! Our weather was pretty today but we were inside at the Symphony (no complaints...it was a life-changing concert) but I'm hoping the temps and sunshine will stick around so I can get out this week now that I'm eating actual calories

It was a stellar program featuring world renowned mezzo-soprano, Joyce DiDonato...she won the Grammy this year for her classical recording. The orchestra played brilliantly and Joyce was...pristine. She is from KC, so it was a very special day for the city, and for her to be back 'home' in our incredible new hall. Today's performance was taped for broadcast on PBS July 20...check it out. It was just phenomenal. Her second piece was a new cycle for me...by contemporary classical composer Jake Hegge. It is a MARVELOUS work and I can't imagine that it can be sung more beautifully than it was this afternoon. Crazy good.

OOOO cocoa crack! I have to do that tomorrow! I could live happily ever after in P3. The only thing I really look forward to adding in P4 is sweet potatoes and low carb tortillas for wraps/quesadillas. There is just not much missing in my life once I hit P3.
Thanks Sasseaux. I am very happy to be done and happy where I am. Here's hoping that I can stay here. I like it. |

Ugh. I did not like the cocoa crack. I ate a good bit of it, but I didn't really like it. Maybe it will get harder tomorrow and be better. Ughhhh, I don't feel so good....
