Okay, here they are. I just took these. As of today, I am on my last round of the HCG Protocol (P3), but may do one last round this summer. I am undecided, but SUPER HAPPY with where I am now! I am so thankful for HCG. I

You look AWESOME!!!!!!! WE are in the same boat. I am happy w/ where I am, but may want/need to do one more round this summer. I am thinking just a 21 day round. How tall are you? I am 5'4" and carry all my weight in my tummy/hips/butt! Of course, the hardest places to lose! I just bought some skin firming lotion and am hoping that it works. I'm 46, so my skin is not as taught as it used to be... LOL. Let's keep in touch and keep each other accountable. I just started ph. 4 last Friday, but have only added in another fruit and some popcorn. I am not a big bread or pasta eater, so I don't miss those things. May add in some oatmeal next week, but we'll see.

I just put together the figures in my head -- if you are only 5'3 -- you carried your higher weight amazingly well!!!!!!!!!!!

I also will be starting back to more exercise in a few weeks (my last P3 is nearly through) and I hope to be back to working out soon.
