At this point, im annoying myself with my questions! lol
Ok, are green and black flavored hot teas ok? I'm drinking a peach black tea,so I really hope so. I know tea is ok,but not sure about flavored.

Yep, just check the ingredients to make sure there aren't hidden oils (orange oil for instance) or sweeteners.

Teas on plan are fine!! I have taken to drink 1 cup of Pu-erh tea in the morning and 2 cups of white at lunch. Dr Oz had a naturopath on his show the other week who stated that those teas at those times would aid in fat blasting. Not just raising your metabolic rate, but actually blast the fat away. I figure why not try it since we are encouraged to drink tea on P2? At least it has me drinking more while in P2 LOL.
