I'm back and in it for good this time. Hi everyone!

Well, I'm back, and back on track and doing very well!!

I've been back on protocol and have been for about a week and am down 10 pounds. I'm still about 10 pounds above where I was when I left off a number of months ago, but am super-motivated again and ready to do this.

Here is my picture from before, I'm sure a few of you will recognize me. (I'm not in "yellow shirt zone" again yet, but more the one right next to it to the left...but I will get back there, and much further....)

I have learned that I don't get to just eat like "everyone else", and that the only way I feel great, and get closer to where I want to be is just follow my body's rules. Goofy body.

Hi (again) everyone!!!!!

....time to look around for the faces/names I recognize and see how everyone has been doing!!

Thanks Dawn!! I was pretty excited too!! The only way to go now is just down, down, down.

Once I make it past the first few days on this, the yucky stuff I was eating doesn't even sound good anymore.

Is Lilac still around??

I have seen her post a long time ago, not too recent though. I don't know if she is P2 or P3 now. Or even P4 LOL. But she does pop in for a thread or 2. She was on the diabetes and P2 thread a bit ago. There are so many threads now it is hard to keep up with anyone these days.
