I think it has been about a week since I've been on. Last week hubby was out of town and we were really busy. When he returned on Thurs he and I headed out for my birthday (40th) and our anniversary (17 yrs in May) get away. I knew I would gain b/c we ate out the entire time and I had a 2 hour spa/massage treatment. The spa/massage was GLORIOUS and we had such a nice time relaxing in the private jacuzzi over the weekend.
BUT we both gained a lot over the week, him traveling & our trip, and me running the show in his absence and our trip.
Yesterday we did a steak day... we had a major family issue in the evening and I stressed and ate.. but still lost 1.6. I have about 9 pounds to go before I will start JUDDDing. So today is a protein shake day. Tomorrow hubby and I plan to do an over easy day and follow it up on Wednesday with a GY day. We were both around 10 pounds MORE than we want to be. I'm SOOO thankful that he is over too, b/c I find it easier to stick with the CD's when we are doing them together! I settled in at about 152 for over a week before this balloon up. My LDW is actually 146 point something. The exercise I started day 1 of phase 3 pushed me up to 152, so when I reach 152 I'll stop doing CD's and get going with JUDDD to get down to LDW and beyond. I'm loving watching Heather & Shelby post their JUDDD success. Thanks guys you are inspiring!!
It is beautiful here in WI so I'm going to head out to the garden to clear away some of last years plants and weeds!

Shirley, I'm sorry to hear about your family issues, those can be horrible to deal with and to deal with them I do the same as you...EAT!!! Hang in there, there's always light at the end of the tunnel.

I'll pray for you and your family.
I hope the CD's work out for you and the hubby. You're right, it's so much easier to do it together because you can support one another while trying to knock off those extra pounds. Keep us posted.
