NO... so sorry!!

YEAH!! It worked... I really think the key is using enough coconut in your blender/FP.

ENJOY my friend!!! :-) Enjoy some extra for me.. I'm on phase 2 again, doing GREAT and honestly not even missing my phase 3 foods... WEIRD!!! I'm exercising too.. 6 days a week and my body looks better now at 154 than it did at my LDW of 146 from the last round. I have about 20-23 days left depending on TOM! Staying away from my beloved rogue's though... I personally just HAVE to keep my head in the stricty realm right now... miss you gals though!!

back at ya! i hope you have a fabulous round.

i'm doing JUDDD right now...just can't keep my head in a P2. scale starting to go down now after a little over a week. happy about that. i just always gave up with it too soon. with JUDDD patience is key.

dazy... my teen daughter is doing JUDDD and liking it. She had kinda thrown all caution to the wind with her eating after phase 4 and before she knew it she had gone from 142 LDW back up to 160. SHE approached me about JUDDD as she heard me talking with hubby about what I was learning about it. Her first 2 weeks she lost 4 pounds total. 3 the first and 1 the second. She said she really didn't keep to her DD's well the second week. She is shooting for 500 but we give her le-way to about 650 if needed. This past week though she went over the 650 more than once.

I'm so glad the losses are kicking in for you!!! I think JUDDD has a lot of advantages not only for WL for also for the many health benefits associated with the fasting. Hope it continues to go well... one cool thing with JUDDD is that it can be easy to get back into the schedule and see benefits.

for maximum losses, my DDs should be 330. last week, my DDs were M-W-F. Monday's cals were 593 with 39g fat, 38g protein...i was down 2.2 the next day. Wed's cals were 310, 5g fat, 50g protein....i was only down 1.6. Fri's cals were like 662, 50g fat and 30g protein....i was down 2.8 the next day. so i have decided i do better eating higher than the 330 for maximum losses and also with most of those cals as fat and at or just under the same g's of protein. so maybe your dd would do better with the higher cals?

i am also only eating one time a day on my DDs...between 2 and 3pm...and eat all my cals at that one meal. really liking this routine.

ooooo...I think I done a bad thing learning how to make this stuff!!

just made another jar to take to my shop. I processed it longer and that helped get the little bit's creamed better.
