Nice losses!!! Yes, the inches shrink, and then disappear! Woo hoo!!!

I'm VLCD 38 today, down .2.... almost finished! I'm gonna ride this out through the weekend and hope for one more nice loss. Start 153.8, now 122.6, end?????
Guess I'll have to wait and see!

Have a great day ladies!

Day 6 at 140.something. I almost cried this morning... so, in order to maintain sanity and avoid typing every swear word I know onto this respectable forum, today is an apple day.

Most likely I will drop a miniscule amount, and then either gain it right back or just stall at that new number. So... today I will be looking at all the things people have done to break their stalls. So far, I'll be looking into an egg day and a fat fast day.

Anybody else who has stalled and found success PLEASE share, because I am literally at the end of my rope!

vlcd 4

P2D4 for me, too--no loss to report today, but I did eat 3oz of steak last night, which might have had something to do with it. Normally red meat doesn't hurt me, but you never know. But, six pounds in four days ain't bad. I will take it!

I was hoping to have a decent loss this morning b/c we are going up to Breckenridge for the night tonight, and I know that I will have a more difficult time staying on strict protocol. But, I am highly motivated, to be sure. I have a busy day today getting ready to go--getting four humans' ski gear packed is no easy feat! I also have to head up to my school today to unload the kiln and reload it before we leave. Trying to get students projects through the kilns while the students are out on spring break...

It seems ironic that we are heading up to the mountains where there is tons of snow when it will be sunny and 74 here on the front range...

Have a beautiful day, all.

Hang in there--I have been where you are, and I found that an apple day actually helped me. Whether it is psychological or not, who cares--you feel like you are doing something, and that helps. I have done maybe one apple day each round, and posted a loss the following day that did not return. It usually happened toward the end of a round when my losing was slowing down anyway. Have you measured? Often, during a long "no loss" run, when I measured, I found that I had shrunk. That is always encouraging! Just choose great big apples of various varieties, and remember that you can prepare them in different ways--like cooking them with cinnamon and stevia.

P3 sounds like HEAVEN!!! Ugh...Can't wait! I'm not hating P2 at this moment but I do when I see people eating eggs or mayo or salad dressing! The little things we take for granted!

Countdown is on to P3 - 19 Days away!

MrsV- hope your 1st day is going well! You'll be so glad you did it tomorrow morning! For me, mornings on HCG are like Christmas morning! Enjoy!

Drew- Congrat's on ending your round! You've done great, and come so far! Hope you get lots of wiggle room before Sunday! I'm right behind you, last pellets will be Sat am, P3 on Monday!

MsHistory- sorry you have been stalled so long, I've had great success with the modified egg day on P2 (8 eggs). I think it was Dawn who talked about this??? I just couldn't bring myself to do an apple day.Hope things get moving for you soon!

Kay- I hope you and your family have a wonderful trip!

Natasha.... we can have that later (LOL) but it does sound soooo good!

mochaslim- Thank You! You can do it too!!! I started my 1st round at 165 and lost 40 in 40 days (125). Unfortunately I blew it in P3 and gained back to 155.
Won't do that this time!!!! You had an awesome loss today, KUTGW!!!

MsHistory- Thank you!

I think I got everyone (sorry if I didn't). Today's been a little harder for me. I'm having a lot more hunger than usual, and a lot of anxiety over transitioning to P3. I think my body is ready, and energy has been extremely low for the last couple days. Thankful I'm done working for the day and don't go back until Tues. I have a cleaning company, and we clean 5-7 houses a day (2 of us) and I honestly don't think I could get through 1 more day. It's been really tough this week, so I will be glad to enjoy more food & energy next week in P3., and my body really needs lotion!

Hope you ladies are all having a wonderful day! I't 84 and beautiful in Tx.

I had alot of hunger today, and almost went on a all-out binge, but I did not. My week has also been so slow, 134.8, 134.8, 134.4, 134.2, 134.2, and then to find out what I bought from GNC has no hcg in it, it very discouraging. But, I am bound and determined to stick with this, today is day 10, and after tomorrow the worst is over!! I have also had a terrible headache for 2 days.

DoingItRight, you have done an awesome job!!!

Lildrew, I bet you are excited to be finished!! Lotion, you get to use lotion! My hands are so dry it is embarrassing for anyone to see them!!

MsHistory, I hope your apple day works. I hope to see a big loss tomorrow!

Everyone else, hello!!!

Lori

Doing it right - you are absolutely right!!! I was pretty tempted last night to do what I've always done & give in ... But nope, I took a bath instead I feel amazing today!! Christmas morning is right I'm down 3.8 lbs. from my first day! That's my load weight I gained, but I'm totally thrilled! It'll make today easier too to know it is working

Morning peeps!

Had a zero this morning on my 12th day of vlcd. I've had a good run so I will try not to complain. Hope tomorrow is better. Hope the fat cells are filling with water and bursting and all that business. lol

Had my 3rd repeat mammogram yesterday and the dr wants a biopsy, yay. Wondering if stress might have caused this zero but who knows. Nothing you can do but wait and see. And if it is the big C then so be it, I will do what I have to because there's nothing else to do. C'est la vie! Enjoy it while you're here.

Dreaming of p3 foods. Trying to keep it under wraps this time and considering doing a modified JUDD by CD'ing every other day... What's on my list of goodies? Black bean chocolate cake is in my future. Bacon, eggs, pork, cheese.... I wil see you soon.

Haven't been on here all week. My MIL has been down visiting, and filling my house full of junk and I haven't cheated even once! so I am down exactly 18# on VLCD26. I know it could've been a greater loss this far if I didn't cheat pretty much all last week still kicking myself over that, but I am going for a long round so hopefully I can at least get 10 more pounds off

Down 1.0 "psychological pounds" after an apple day... first move of the scale in 7 days. My teeth hurt from so many apples, and my ability to resist cheating is close to zero.

Today I am going to eat clean P2. Tomorrow, if the scale is up or doesn't move I'm going to do a fat fast. NOTHING is happening this round and I am beyond discouraged, plus I feel like my poor family is suffering having to be around my cranky butt day after day. This is VLCD18, so I have a couple days after a FF to try to correct things if the FF doesn't work.

Okay ladies, 24 hours to talk me out of this... anybody here try a FF and have terrible results?

LARA - you have such a great attitude; stay strong and know that we are all praying for the best for you!

Good morning, ladies! I'm happy to report that after completing my 4th VLC day I have lost 4.2 pounds...so I not only have lost my load weight but I'm down from the first day I started this round.

Everyone seems to be doing well with losses and just pushing through the tough times. Congratulations!

Afternoon all! I'm just getting out of bed!! I'm off today so slept late and am getting a mani pedi w/ my Cousin today! I am on Day 5 and am down 5.5 pounds! WOOT!!!

Yay Marilee! We are doing good!

MSH - When I was late into P2 and not losing much I added more protein and some light popcorn in afternoons and it helped me lose a little more than I was not adding in those things. GO for it!

I am down .8 this morning!! That puts me firmly in the 140s (147.4) for P3. Yipeee Skippee!! I didn't quite make my goal of 145, but you know what??? I don't care!!! I am SOOOOO happy and feeling so incredibly thankful and blessed to have found HCG. It has been a HUGE answer to prayers. I feel like in many ways, I have gotten my life back. SO happy!!!!!!!!! Okay, I will stop before I get all weepy.

I had to laugh at myself though . For some reason I thought yesterday was Friday, not Thursday, so I started my last two days of VLCD w/o pelletts a day early! I think my brain was more ready for P3 than I thought, since I didn't figure that out until this mornin. hehe

Lori- I'd be very concerned doing this without HCG in it. Though I'm sure someone else could better direct you than me. Whatever you do we are here to support you! Hope your losses pick up soon!

MrsV- YAY! Told ya so! So happy you had such an awesome 1st loss! They do slow down later, but the 1st week is usually great! Enjoy!

Lara- Goose egg is good too! Your body's just catching up, and your prob losing inches. Stress doesn't help either. I'm sorry your having such a health scare right now, I can only imagine. Sending big hugs and prayers that everything works out for you!

Kari- way to go on resisting temptations this week! Your doing great! Forget about last week, you can only go forward. Hope you get those 10 off quick!

MsHistory- Glad the apple day worked! IMO, I wouldn't do a FF. Your so close to 21 days here I would worry about stabilization issues. I know we are supposed to have 21 clean days, before we veer off plan. I'm no expert but maybe ask on the main thread about changing it up after the 21 days, and then see how it goes? I've never done the FF, and suspect if I did it would be he** trying to get back to protocol. YMMV, and we are here to support you in whatever you decide! Sending wishes that you just keep losing after your apple day!

Gibby- Congrat's! Gotta love that 1st week!

Natasha- Enjoy your day off! I'm off too, and I'll need that main/pedi later this weekend, will be doing yard work & flower bed stuff all weekend.

I'm VLCD39 and down .4 today. Right at 122.2 I'm planning last dose tomorrow morning, but could change my mind depending on the scale. I'm ready to move on but fear I might regret not waiting for another few pounds? Decisions, decisions! I'll wait until tomorrow to decide.

It's Friday!!!! Yall make it a great one!

I don't have time for personals right now, but just wanted to drop in and say that I'm taking a few days off of HCG to see if the drops are what is causing the daily migraines I've been having.

I've been having the ones with the aura (scotomata) and I usually don't get those but maybe one a few times a year. Since starting the drops I've had one or two daily. If they continue off the drops then I'll know it isn't the drops. If they stop, then I'll have to stop the drops altogether. I'm hoping I can continue them. It seems like every time I try something, my plan is derailed. Sigh...

P2 and vacation

Just a quick shout out via my phone. We are still in the mountains, and I did really well until dinner. Since then, it's been more p3 than p2, but at least I am not drowning myself in carbs, which is progress for me. Also, when I put on my jeans this morning, they felt looser. Yay!

Lara, my heart goes out to you. I pray that a biopsy comes back clear.

Doing it Right: Hmmmmm that's definitely a VERY valid point. Maybe I should do 21 days, an interruption (how long are we allowed to do P3 before jumping right back to P2? I have an overseas trip coming up 2 weeks from today). And then when I return, jump back into P2....
I hadn't considered that -- thank you!

Star- hope you get the migraines figured out! Not sure how long you have been on P2, but headaches are common in the beginning from detox.

Kay- Yay on looser jeans and not drowning in carbs!
Do the best you can and take care of it when you get back. Have a great time!

MsHistory- knowing you have a trip coming, "I" would just stay on P2 and interrupt. You can go to P3 for up to 14 days without having to load again. Any more than 14 and your supposed to load. If you came back and got back on P2 it would take care of any mishaps while you were away. HTH
