J, I would think it might cause the stalls. Are you finding yourself hungry?

I don't know if that would cause a stall. But 9 lbs in 13 days doesn't look too bad. I've missed doses before, but took them as soon as I remembered just in case it would help. I don't think it's going to do much harm in the long run. I take my night time dose 15 minutes after dinner now. I used to wait and take it at bed time. But I would forget sometimes too!!
I would just be careful and hopefully your losses will pick up!! The stalls are so hard!! Hang in there!!

Thanks, Debby and Julie, my hunger seems much more manageable than my first round over a year ago. Even though I've lost 9 lbs. the stalls are bugging me. I've been remembering those nighttime drops for the last few days so hopefully things will pick up!!

Thanks, Soon! I would NEVER be able to keep up w/ 6x a day!! You rock!! I do have something of a schedule...8:30am, 3:30pm, then just before bed. It's just before bed that I keep forgetting. AND I forgot again last night. AND I STS again this morning!!!
That's 6 days in a row STS. |

I don't think it would make a difference. The hhcg takes 48 hours to get out of your system, remember that is how long we have to continue the VLCD with no drops at the end of a round. I know of some people who drop only 2 times a day. Can you change your dosing so that you do more drops 2 times a day? More drops when you do the dosing? That way you are getting the right amount per day, but at 2 times instead of 3? I know what you mean, I hate the bedtime ones because I sometimes fall asleep and don't get them in. Or don't do them early enough in the AM to get in that first one. It is difficult sometimes to get in all 3 doses.

Yes, Dawn, I think I will try that as I forgot AGAIN last night!! I'm so happy to crawl into bed that I just head upstairs without a thought to drops. We'll see how that goes, thanks!!

I certainly hope that is not the cause of your stall. I know that my supplier of the homeopathic has us play around with the dosing if we are hungry, adjusting to a schedule, or along those lines so I think you can play with the dosing more liberally than we think. Let us know how you do it, too. I would love to dose only 2 times a day. Imagine a day with drinking water whenever I want---that would be lovely LOL!!!!! I know that I tried dosing 6 drops 6 times a day because I wanted to get rid of being so hungry. I liked it that way, but getting to dose 6 times was ridiculous!!!

Well, yesterday I dosed twice (10 drops X 2). I had been dosing 7 drops X 3. I have been having no hunger (just normal hunger) and yesterday seemed to be no different. So for the sake of getting all my drops in I will continue with 2 x day unless I start feeling hungry. Still wish I could be losing faster, but I certainly don't feel deprived this time around (going a bit rogue)

I just started this Thursday and I can tell I'm going to have to set my alarm on my phone so I don't forget the evening dose
Also, maybe just putting them next to my toothbrush so I remember to take them before bed. I used to do that with my birth control pills It's good to know they are still working for 48 hours Dawn! I'm so glad we have you here to help us with questions. I know I'm going to need that help to get me through this. Today is my first VLCD and I'm actually excited about not eating so much food as I've been doing on my loading days LOL! |

I am so excited you are doing this!! You will be amazed. I am doing my first VLCD for this round today too!!! I cannot wait--bring on the weight loss. I am ready to lose weight!! Oh, and I have my hcg next to my sink in the bathroom so I can take them when I wake up at 5AM to use the bathroom. I drop them in at 5, go back to bed and get on with my day when I am up at 6. I also take them at 10PM. They mostly stay in the bathroom, but for the one afternoon dose. Makes it easier that way. |

Good to know. Thanks for trying it out for us!!! I know some set a timer so they won't forget. I just make sure to write it down when I do the drops so I KNOW if I have gotten them in or not. I have a journal where I write down my foods/drinks/exercise/water for the day and include my supplements too.

Good advice Dawn! Of course, then I'd have to remember to write it down
![]() I have definitely tried the timer so that I can set it when I remember (are you seeing a pattern!!) and that works. So far so good for the last two days! |
