Hi everyone, this is my second time doing HCG. The first time I used Platinum, and I am using it right now, just finishing up the bottle. The second bottle I bought is NiGen BioTech. Has anyone else used this? It says to take 1 ml twice a day, and there is no measuring line on the dropper? The Plantinum is the same, but I take 10 drops, 3 times a day.

Good morning and welcome to all. I am loving this thread and i doubt i could do this without you guys ! Yesterday was a bad day for me so i ended up eating once basically and did not get my water in. My new scale arrived and i put it on 3 different surfaces and got the same number, so based on the new scale vs the old one i am down 1.4 lbs.
Sat: Lunch - apple Dinner - cod, green beans, 1 grissini, orange I know the green beans are a no but that is all i had-going shopping today and im sure the cabbage will be on sale for St. Patty's ![]() |

Morning everyone !
vlcd 6 197.9 Tomorrow pm is the official weigh in for the week with my challenge group so we shall see. I don't like the 2 sets of numbers from day vs night or scale to scale so I've decide I will continue using my daily scale numbers from home and at the end of the challenge the total pounds lost should match. ![]() Thanks for the congrats on ONEderland. Let's hope I stay here and push right thru the 190's as this has been a set point for me in the past. I need to do a better job today with food and water. Not enough of either yesterday. One more day of the weekend We can do this ![]() |

Hello Everyone!!!
Well Aunt Flo paid her visit as I was expecting. Oh well. The scale really reflected that this morning. While I did not gain, I showed a very small loss considering my previous days. Today I lost .6 which is right on track with the half pound- two pounds per day average. I am still very excited with my results!! 9.4 pounds in under a week!! ![]() Here are my stats: Stats: VLCD Day 1- 170.0 VLCD Day 2- 166.6 VLCD Day 3 -164.6 VLCD Day 4- 162.4 VLCD Day 5- 161.2 VLCD Day 6- 160.6 |

IthinkIcan-
( I also want to change jeans sizes. Last round, my tight 12s felt a little looser... that's it... hardly any change around the mid-section. I want to see 10s this time, and ultimately be able to find just ONE pair of jeans that I can fit into a single-digit size - just to be able to say I can! I don't know if I can do that this round, or if it will just take some form of toning/exercise afterward, but I really want to hit this goal! ) For jeans try Levis slender boot cut 526 or Levis rivited ultimate 5. I'm 197 and 5' 9" and can wear size 12 in these. Just a thought as all of our bodies are different. I joke about these jeans and call them magic and mood lifting as my BF tried them too and she was amazed at how well they fit and we are complete opposite body wise. Vanity sizing who cares it works for a boost to keep going. ![]() |

My weight stayed stable, and I was almost at 100 grams of protein yesterday, still within the starving range. I'm thinking a FAT FAST may get the body into losing mode. It's worth a try.
If anyone had advice regarding a FAT FAST I'd love to hear it! ___________________________________ Weigh Ins Feb 27th-155.2 Feb 28th-155.2 ( --- ) Feb 29th-155.6 (+.4) Mar 1st- 151.8 (-3.7) Mar 2nd - 150.2 (-1.6) Mar 3rd - 150.6 (+.4) Mar 4th - 149.4 (-1.2) Mar 5th - 149.4 ( --- ) Mar 6th - 149.2 (-.2) Mar 7th - 149.2 (---) Mar 8th - 148.8 (-.4) Mar 9th - 149.4 (+.6) March 10 - 150.0 +.6) March 11 - 150.0 (---) Total Loss 5.0 pounds |

Well. I was too ashamed to come in here this AM
I had a friend's son's 1st bday party yesterday. I went in with a plan, and was great for about 3/4 of the day. Then i had a glass of wine, some pasta for dinner...and a small piece of bday cake. I am TERRIBLE at saying no. People kept offering me things and instead of just saying no...i partook by the end of my ride home i was starving with sugar cravings and made my situation even WORSE by eating a big dinner. So i was up .6 this AM ![]() Ive been good today, strict, and am hoping to be down a little tomorrow. I spent the afternoon making a big pot of chili for lunches all week. I only have one week left in this round until p3 and i really want to make it count. |

I got some fat into my body today and I feel so much better. We'll see what the scale says in the morning. I can't begin to tell you the change in my mood after having some fat, this journey seems more bearable today because of it...ahhhh. A deep sigh of relief for me today. Now I hold my breath as I wait for morning and the scale!!!

I did not get my water in this weekend so you are not alone on that one tchshelli. At work i don't have an issue with it as i tell myself things like i cant take a break till this much gone, etc. I did not eat much on Sunday and moved around alot cleaning. Loss of .2
Sunday: 1 small plum, extra p2 chile, 2 grissinis - im wondering if i did not eat enough. I bought plenty of grapefruit, oranges, and strawberries to get me thru the week, made a batch of p2chile and cod. Bought some frozen shrimp (which i never had ) so i can just portion it out of the freezer. I always bought fresh but if you waited just one day it tasted funny. I could button the bottom 2 buttons on my pj top last nite ! Alot of my problem is the belly fat so i know im losing there. ![]() |

Good morning!
I'm down .4 this morning. Was kind of hoping for more since I moved around a lot this weekend and yesterday and drank tons of water, but I'll take the .4. I was just hoping to see the 180's this morning. It will come. I hope everyone's scale makes them happy today! |

well ladies...im frustrated. im up a POUND today and did nothing wrong yesterday. i dont get it. im back up to 148.6 this am. it must be residual from my binge the day before? i'm sticking with this for the week, but this is by far my hardest round. maybe my goal is too low...i have no idea. the doc told me that 143 would be good for me but visually i feel like that is too high. i still have belly fat, and have a lot to work on in the thigh/hip area. i realize that with an hourglass figure im fighting nature a bit here so maybe i just need to finish this week out and start exercising more and tone up. im replacing the battery on my scale today though, bc it gave me three different weights again this AM. maybe i'll replace it and magically be 135 LOL. my menu for the week is going to be p2 chili for lunch, an apple and grissini for a snack, orange-ginger chicken for dinner and lettuce salad. all.dang.week. it's what i got consistent losses with before so its worth a shot. ![]() i hope everyone got huge lossses this AM to make up for my huge gain!! ![]() |

Good morning!
Abby, I always get hit 2 days later from a cheat so it could be that. Eat clean today and I bet you see a nice loss tomorrow! My scale gives different numbers if I move it around, so I have one certain spot on my bathroom floor that I have to keep it at, or I get a different number every time. I also keep a 10 lb weight in the bathroom to check the accuracy of my scale every morning. I'll weigh in later as I've already started drinking coffee now but I know I need to drink more water than I did yesterday! |

Happy Monday everyone!!!
I trust everyone is completely amazed with their body right now. It is amazing what HCG can do. I saw my body changing the past two weeks, but the scale was not co-operating and I was hungry and miserable. Now, we all know I have been having difficulties. I m so glad I kept reading and researching, because honestly I felt like crap. I could not focus, I was terribly moody and just plain miserable. I knew my body needed something, I thought it was more protein. NOPE. That didn't work. My body needed FAT. I ate over 1700 calories yesterday, my intention was about 1000 - but my body was asking for more so I listened. My 1700 calories were 80% fat. Eats included -raw almonds -macedamia nuts -organic, no sugar peanut butter -full fat cream cheese -cream in coffee And guess what I'm down. 2.8 pounds!!!! Today I have eaten bacon and cream in my coffee. I have an avocado on the menu today. I will have to play with *********** and figure out a menu based on a high fat ratio. I am amazed. Who knew??? Weigh Ins Feb 27th-155.2 Feb 28th-155.2 ( --- ) Feb 29th-155.6 (+.4) Mar 1st- 151.8 (-3.7) Mar 2nd - 150.2 (-1.6) Mar 3rd - 150.6 (+.4) Mar 4th - 149.4 (-1.2) Mar 5th - 149.4 ( --- ) Mar 6th - 149.2 (-.2) Mar 7th - 149.2 (---) Mar 8th - 148.8 (-.4) Mar 9th - 149.4 (+.6) March 10 - 150.0 +.6) March 11 - 150.0 (---) March 12 - 147.2 (-2.8) Total Loss 8.0 pounds |

Congrats on being able to button your pj's, YellowHair! That is awesome!
I have a whole pile of clothes that I need to get back into so that is my short-term goal. I also bought 2 new bathing suits last year and haven't been able to wear them yet, so that will be another goal. We CAN do this!! ![]() I miss living near the ocean and all that fresh fish. The only fresh fish we get here is lake fish (bass and perch) that dh catches, which is really good, but not the same as fresh shrimp and lobster. How do you cook your cod? I always lose better when I eat fish but it doesn't fill me up as much as beef or chicken. I need to eat it more but at least I'm eating it once a week during Lent now! |

Hopesfulweigh, are you on P2 or P3? If P2, that fat will catch up to you. Believe me, I know from experience. Be careful you don't add the fat for more than a few days or you will start gaining, gaining, gaining!
