Just wanted to say Hi to everyone. I am in the process of deciding whether to continue on P2 or go to P3
. I have only lost about 7 lbs this round, but only because I had so many one day "interruptions", that became two and three day interruptions . Which in turn set me back a week in losses each time. Part of me would like to continue on in P2, but I think I may have reach my mental limit at this point. This is my second P2 since November and I am at the same weight as when I started. This is NOT a reflection on HCG, which totally works, but more a reflection of me letting "life" get in the way. So, anyway...decisions to be made, so I will procrastinate as usual. ![]() |

Sorry for your frustration!
I know how you feel! That is what I have been doing for the past year! Last weekend was the first time that I stayed OP for the entire weekend (which usually when I fall off the wagon) There are 2 things that helped me though.... I have a trip planned in 10 days! And I am on a medication ....can't drink while taking it! I think it is easy for me to "cheat" on this program because I always think that I can lose it fast ![]() Hang in there!!!! You can do this! |

I introduced myself in last week's thread
so here it is again!Hi all!!! I did two rounds about 10 months ago in prep for my wedding, held steady for a while and then pretty rapidly gained 10 back since xmas when DH and i went on a food free-for-all ![]() Sooo I loaded over the weekend (gained 2.8) and had my first VLCD today. It went better than i expected! I'm not really hungry, just feeling like i want to eat. Im hoping to lose 15+ lbs this round from my pre-load weight and get down to about 140. Good luck to everyone and its great to be back! |

Good luck with P3 Heather! That is looming in the distance for me and I am nervous about it. Hard to imagine eating chicken skin and bacon!! (without fear of gaining)

Morning all!!
VLCD21 for me. I am down 1.2 lbs! ![]() ![]() Tomorrow will mark my 3rd week and I am hoping for a good loss! I need to lose 0.2 lbs to be in a new decade (its a redo round, but I still want to get there!!). I am 1.1 lbs shy of 30 lbs this round. Really happy about that since this last week was all over the place due to my ongoing knee issue and ibuprofen probs.Looking forward to either P3 or an interruption starting on Friday morning. We will see how I stabilize and I will make a decision from there. |

good morning all! down 3.6 today but most of that was my load weight, so i'm really down 1 lb...I still love it! I feel great this AM, granted its only day two but i'm having zero hunger right now. I've had a dull headache since yesterday afternoon which i'm 99% positive is a result from detoxing from all of the crap i had been eating for the past few weeks.
happy tuesday! |

Hey everyone, thought I'd jump right in! Today is the start of VLCD7 and I'm down a total of 11.4 lbs from load weight! (I gained about 1.2lbs during loading) and am in a new decade! I met my goal of 159 by March 1 (159.8 this morning, double checked! lol) this morning and am very very happy!
I think both of my low loss days (.4 each) had too much broth, so I'm going to cut back on that, I think. Good luck everyone! |

good luck on you're round and the headache is probably because of the sugar and crud leaving your body ![]() Quote:
only 1.2 during loading thats awesome!! I gain 6 or some crap like that congrats on meeting your march goal, you'll be way below that soon! ![]() Quote:
KMF and you're right taking it one day at a time definitely helps! Glad you had such a great loss!Good morning everyone!! Looks like a good Tuesday for everyone!! How close to goal can you get would've liked under it lol but I'm not complaining! I did a rogue pseudo steak day yesterday...3.5 oz filet w/half an onion for lunch and 3.5 filet w/ the olther half onion for dinner. Down .8 this morning, I'll take it!! ![]()

wow nice to see some losses this morning!
I am up 0.4 again this morning, which i kind of expected due to the pattern of weight loss/gain i've been experiencing. I wash my hair every other day and it seems like the morning after i wash my hair i am up a tad, i am guessing that is what it is anyway, i don't do anything different other than that. But i am not to concerned i'm still losing great every other day! ![]() |

Abby and Lumina!Great losses this AM for several, way to go! ![]() Quote:
I'm having a horrible time this morning trying to NOT be cranky. It has now been since Saturday since I've seen bernice, tummy is so bloated from being so full of @#$$%. I've been mega dosing on magnesium and took a detox bath last night, even entertained the thought of giving myself an enema :O! I didn't though. Ugh. I have another colonic tomorrow, so worst case scenario is that I don't 'go' till then, but I suspect sometime today all that magnesium is going to catch up with me... ![]() Oh, yeah. I'm at the same weight as yesterday, so I guess that's good. With all this stuff stuck inside me I should be weighing more, so I guess I've probably lost fat. Hopefully! Day #5 of stall 2.

Woohoo! On a side note, this has made me feel a bit better, I found a gal 5 miles away who has raw milk for $7 a gallon! This is pretty cheap from what I've found elsewhere!!! Gonna start making my own cultured dairy...

Happy Tuesday and I hope everyone is a loser tomorrow!
I am down 1.2 today and so stoked to see 132. Halfway expect a small rebound tomorrow because I can't wrap my head around how anyone can really lose a pound in a day, but of course remain hopeful that it will stick. Am in the house all day because it is snowing out and my little guy is napping so trying to steer clear of the kitchen! |

Exercise anyone?
I did the Insanity exercise video tonight - I was struggling pretty hard the whole hour, even though I exercise 5-6 times per week. I think the VLCD does tire me out a bit, even though I generally don't feel hungry. Is anyone else still continuing their exercise regimes? I think I would have to give up diets of any kind before I would give up exercise. I get so much back from it, in emotional well-being, stress release and of course physical benefits.

Good morning Ladies!
I'm down .2 today on VLVD 23. Hate to see things slowing down when I've been "good". Maybe it's those inches everyone talks about lol. Hope everyone has nice numbers today. Have a great day! |

and down .2 this morn! Anything now is just wiggle room lol so i'm fine with that Have a wonderful hump day!!Beezy-I work out a lot too but find myself tiring out more and retaining water so I cut out the "hardcore" stuff till I'm done, p3 friday so i'll go back to turbo kick next week lol Doing it right-.2 here but it's down lol, I was very good this whole round and my losses were reallllllllllllllllllllllly slow lol, hang in there the inches are moving too i'm sure! I put on a pair of pants to go to the store yesterday and I spent the whole time pulling them back up or holding them up needless to say can't wear those anymore!Kari-that's awesome!! keep it up girl ![]() Lumina-you'd be suprised when you never think of things like broth, it hindered my losses too so did cabbage, who knew lol! 13 lbs in 7 days wow!! ![]() |

Well, I FINALLY had some much needed, serious "bathroom time" last night, right before bed. This morning I am down the largest amount in one day for this whole round! -3.2! I'm really hoping it sticks, because this puts me just 2 pounds away from my goal, and I have 7-8 days left to go. Forgive me, but I'm pretty skeptical at this point. This round has been... interesting.
Yesterday I got so nauseous after eating my lunch (from being so backed up). I couldn't fathom the idea of eating MORE food for dinner, so I just had my tilapia and drank about 2 cups of my own homemade chicken stock. I'm not sure if that helped things along or not, but I'm pleased. Hope everyone has a great day! |
