Stopping hhcg

I am stopping hhcg...my last dose was last nite at 6:30. Is it 48 hours for it to leave system?

Not sure if the pellets were compromised (forgot and had my phone and Kindle nearby) , if the weight training interfered, but my results were disappointing. I don't really like low fat dieting, much more comfortable with low carb.

Admittedly, I didn't do this perfectly, but in July I had much better results and I didn't do it perfectly then, either.

I may buy another bottle and try again some time in the future.

What is the best way to transition back to low carb (P3, I guess)?

I will stick around to cheer you on, and read the inner work thread...getting a lot out of that!

Good luck ellenalesa! when I transition to P3, I just follow the Atkins induction food list. Some people slowly introduce nuts and dairy but I usually jump right in.

Do the VLC for 48 hours then start ramping up protein first. Good luck.
