New here with a question!
I was doing JUDDD but decided that I needed to follow something a bit more strict right now. My UDs were more like a free for all, so I gained everything I lost that week and more.
I started loading Monday and Tuesday, had VLCD 1 on Wednesday. I'm on VLCD 3. Started at 171.2, down to 164.4 today. I had lunch, but feel SOOOO stuffed. Do I HAVE to make myself eat again tonight? I know long term will cause starvation mode, but will one day? I know I'm not feeling well, but I could barely even finish my lunch as it was and right now the idea of food is kind of nauseating. I try not to eat after 6 at all, anyway, as a general rule. Ive found when I do I wake up hungrier the next day (this is true even when not on HCG). So will not eating hurt my losses? Will eating hurt my losses? I know I'm still retaining water (the bloat is crazy) and I have noticed the lbs I lost on JUDDD (from 168-161.6 I think) were apparently in different places because my stomach is so round right now, where it was getting quite flat before. Anyway, anyone have any advice? Thanks!

![]() I totally agree... at LEAST the protein. This diet has us on the verge of protein deficiency so it is important to eat at least the protein on days you are not hungry. BUT I also think it is really important to eat something from each of the groups daily. Dr. S had a reason for the foods he chose and states that we can omit anything but then reiterates the importance of the protein. Congratulations on your weight loss so far!! That is fantastic!!!! What they said above is correct. Dr Simeons' says we may eliminate what we wish on P2, but you should at least eat the protein. You don't want to lose muscle. Lucky you to not be hungry. There are some of us that only wish we could be like that LOL. Good luck!!!

Thank you ladies for your advice. I didn't get home until after 9pm and I really just wanted to go to sleep, but I ate my protein and veggie! Got a nice little woosh of -1.8 and am down to 162.6 this morning. VLCD4 here I come!
