Thinking of Restarting p2 During Maintenance
In one of these threads someone said that it was okay to go back to p2 as long as it hasn't been more than two weeks since starting p3. That sounds like a good plan for me because I would like to accelerate my weight loss.
The problem is I am worried about screwing up my metabolism more than it already is. How do you know that it's okay to do that? I didn't see it anywhere in Pounds & Inches. Someone also said that some of the online copies of Pounds & Inches that are circulating aren't complete, so I don't know if I'm missing some valuable information. How can I get a full copy of the manuscript? And where does the information come from that says its okay to go back to p2 within two weeks of starting p3? It would be called an interruption as long as it has not been 14 days. It is not going to accelerate your weight loss, but will allow you to continue your weight loss. It won't mess up your metabolism.
