I don't belong here....

OK, I am normally over in the Adkins forums, so please excuse my ignorance. I really like the LC WOE, but my DH just bought some HCG this weekend and really doesn't know how to use it.

I have read the sticky about the 500 calorie, no/low fat diet, etc. I understand that, I think.

Does anyone successfully incorporate HCG in a low carb, higher fat non calorie restricted diet? I was just wondering if between myself and my husband there would be a WOE that both of us would be able to maintain.

Thanks~Heather

If you follow the protocol that Dr. Simeon's suggests it's actually a very strict WOE, but it's only for a short period of time, with HUGE results.
Google Dr. Simeon's Pounds and Inches. It's a wealth of info on this diet and gives you the strict protocol to follow.
You can only eat certain meats, veggies and fruits. You are not allowed any starch or sugar, except for 2 melba toast a day.
Hope this helps.

IMO Hcg with high fat is like LC with Carbs. If you want results, stick to the plan as best you can. It works. Dont be scared you will feel amazing, keep reading and it will solidify any doubts you have.
