New here...question about flaxseed meal in P2

Hello Everyone! I have been floating around these boards for a while now - reading all of the wonderful information and learning so much. Each one of you is such an inspiration!

I am on my first round of hHCG (VLCD D13) and I have lost 12.4 lbs so far. I am a vegetarian, so I have modified the plan a bit in order to incorporate acceptable proteins for myself.

I just had a brief question about flaxseed meal. This would apply to anyone following more of a "rogue" plan, but I was curious if anyone has incorporated small amounts of flaxseed meal (maybe 2 tablespoons or so per day) into their daily menu in P2? If so, do you feel it has helped/hurt or otherwise affected your losses in any way? If I add in a small serving every day, do you think I am running the risk of having issues during my stabilization phase? With 2 tablespoons per day, I would still be well below my 500 calories per day. (A breakdown of my typical day is <25g net carbs/30g protein/<10g fat.)

Thank you for any thoughts you can offer!
