But weight loss has been really good for me the last couple days, I'm ending the 3rd and had a stall for a couple days but then Friday I lost 1.8 lbs, Saturday I lost 1 lb. and this morning I had lost another 1/2 lb. I'm not quite meeting my goal of .75 a day but I'm close enough.
I have a meeting out of town on March 7th so I'm stopping early enough to have the three days of the 500 cal diet and the protein day out of the way before I go. I can deal with P-3 on a vacation MUCH better than I can on P-2.

I understand about the news and Afghanistan. I spent a year there and now I know why my family was constantly freaked out. My husband is there now and while occasionally (when it's close to his base or involves his base) I worry a little but the rest of the time it doesn't even phase me.
Glad you're through your stall!! Feels so much better seeing the scale go down!

Mini-glad the hunger is going away. Hope the scale gets with the program too! Your GI issues could be contributing to the stall.

Cheryl- Sorry about your numbing pursuit. Glad you're back to normal now and ready to gt on track. And also glad to hear your dog's trail is on the mend!

Paula-enjoy your P3!! I can't wait!!

Stressful day visiting my mom. I feel like I'm always rushing around never home. I'm tired . She is doing better, but it's so draining taking care of her. then I had to run to the store and picked up pizza for dh. Sigh. Just ate dinner. Doing egg/egg white omlette again tonight. Yummy and very low cal!!

Nitey-nite!

I'm tired, too -- also feel like I am always running, though often working from home, the work never stops

I just need to tough it through this semester and then I will be done, assuming I actually finish it all.

I don't know what's causing the stall -- they just happen sometimes, and this is pretty typical week three stuff. I don't think I am helping by eating more than the protocol calls for though, even if just by a little bit -- I'm probably too close to goal to get away with that at this point.

I'll get back to protocol and see if I can blast a few more pounds off this coming week -- that would definitely make me happy.

Sending lots of love and hugs to all of you!

However, I'm only down 5 lbs from my LIW last round (yes, I had put on a few before starting this round) and I think that fact is toying with my mind a little. I'm having thoughts that I'm a failure because "well, I'm REALLY only down 5 pounds from last time." So I didn't lose as much as I had hoped, but I am at least celebrating the fact that I'm the lowest weight I've been in 24 years. I think this is just where my body wants to be. I had a hard time mentally this round, especially with my dad dying last week. I'm just ready for it to be over. I really hope I stabilize like a rock in P3 because I DO NOT want to do any more rounds. I will plan to focus on fitness now and will be stepping up my game as far as workouts, strength training, etc. I forgot to take my measurements this morning, so I'll do that tomorrow. Maybe seeing the inches lost will make me feel better. I just wish I didn't look in the mirror and ONLY see the cottage cheese around my butt & thighs. It makes me wonder if there is anything I'll ever be able to do to get rid of it.

Sorry, I know I should be celebrating, but these are the thoughts that run through my mind. I'm my own worst critic.
Hiker- You've completed a great accomplishment! I'm betting you'll drop a few more eventually but for now focusing on strength training sounds like a great plan! Congrats!

I'm right there with you in my own way right now. My last purge I was mentally telling myself I'm done, I'm through I've had enough. It goes through patterns with me. It used to me I'd welcome the hunger. I didn't mind feeling hungry. Lately it's been more that when I feel hunger I think I can eat whatever then purge. Is neither ok? No, but the first I think did less harm! Anyway, wanted to tell Cheryl and Cathy I'm struggling right along. Tomorrow I'm going to try a new approach. I'm going to just allow myself to eat three low carb meals. Allow myself to feel some hunger and remember those great words from Cheryl to a fellow hcg-er was it last weekend about hunger.

This is great news! So glad to hear how well you are doing this round with the treated thyroid!

It really could turnaround for you and Jackie with your sweeties. My worst sleeper as a baby turned into an awesome sleeper in his older years. In fact his bedtime was still 8:30 until he was 13 I think. Slept 10 hours. So although he only slept about 10 hours total per day as a baby, naps included...what seemed terrible then didn't change, and he kept sleeping the same amount. All his friends parents were suffering with kids up late and awake early but mine was out like a little kid and I had free time at night. Now as a teenager he'd sleep around the clock if I let him. He was a challenging kid...we coslept and he wasn't ready for his own bed till he was 5...when his 2 year old sister was ready. Now that they're 12 & 15, I really miss those sweet days of their early years. Especially with all the lip they give me now. Anyone want a preteen girl or teen boy?
My nearly 6 year old still doesn't sleep through the night! I have to lay with him to go to sleep. We coslept until, well, I guess we still sorta do! I lay with him in his bed until he falls asleep and then he ends up in my bed at some point. I know he needs to stop but I love my cuddle time too!

I forgot who asked how old my son was, he's the 5 year old! Science Fair projects are optional in Kindergarten but we decided it was best to start it this year so we can see what we're up against for next year, lol!

Oh and thanks for the grandma birthday wishes. She had a hard day with lots of tears. She broke her hip a few weeks back and was moved to a nursing home. She still can't walk and she's very distraught about it. I love my little sweetheart of a daughter who kept wiping away her tears and hugging her. I am so honored to be raising such a compassionate little girl.

So the fiar project isn't done, but the invites to the family party are out, lunches are made, laundry is nearly all folded, backpacks are packed, meals are planned, clothes are laid out for the new few days, one bathroom has been cleaned, grocery shopping done, work cell voicemails returned, and bills are paid, whew! Time to get off the computer and finish the last few odds and ends for the science fair!

Well, I guess we have finished another week. I haven't read everybody's posts but wanted to pop in and report that today I just was not very hungry - finally. How long did that take? I started the Rx on Feb 7 its now Feb 26. LOL. I hope I sail to the end like this. I have about another 2 weeks to go. Can't wait to weigh tomorrow. Today I was still the same, but had a lot of soreness and all from riding in the competition last night so was probably water etc. Whoot! Go Rogues!!!!!!

daynightchemist.com looks to be the company that is taking over for alldaychemist. website looks identical...cept for the name of site...and prices about the same.

I think they're selling too much Rx hCG to agree to STOP selling it altogether.
