Losing as much as or more than Round 1?

Hello everyone...so here's my story. Round 1, I lost 30 pounds in 40 days on pellets. I was thrilled. After 3 weeks of phase 3, DH and I went on our honeymoon. I gained 12 pounds (when we left, I was under LPW). I was able to take 6 pounds back off and was at LPW as of Friday morning. I started loading fri night (a little early) and as of this morning, gained 6 pounds in 2 days. Yuck, I'm sure I'll be up another 3 tomorrow.

Anyways, if I can lose another 30-35 pounds this round, I'll be pretty close to goal. Close enough to not have to do another round and just lose the rest of the weight slowly after/in P4. I know many people lose less in subsequent rounds bc they have less weight to lose. Is this possible for me?

Round 1, I rarely walked and did not drink any green tea. I am thinking if I commit to walking a few days a week (lightly) on the treadmill, and drink some green tea flavored w/ sweet n low, that might help? Or not? The reason I would like to avoid another round is bc DH will be at goal after this round and I can't do this by myself. His support has been incredible!!!

I have not seen that happen in my case. I lose 15 pounds on every round I do, regardless of where I am in terms of my goal. I lost all I NEEDED to in 3 rounds. I think you can do it!!! Good luck to you!!!

I lost about the same in my first two rounds, 24 pounds each, at 32 and 38 days respectively. My last round I lost 17 pounds in 23 days.
