Uh oh....I forgot to take evening dose of HCG

Ok I forgot to take my evening dose of HCG last night. Saturday was Load Day 1....I'm so upset because I feel like I have screwed things up before even getting started. Help!!!!


Has this happened to anyone else??? Have I totally messed this up?


I'm going to call the drs office first thing in the morning to let them know

I don't think it will totally mess you up, especially since it was load day 1. You still have another day (today) to get the hcg in your system. What are you doing? pellets, drops, injections? I can't speak for injections...but if you're doing drops or pellets, I might take a little extra today.

How long of a round are you doing? We're on the same schedule...VLCD 1 tomorrow for us!! We should stay in touch! GOOD LUCK!!

Hi KariT13, I was told my drops should last between 28 and 30 days.Yeah I have my first HCG buddy
