On P2 and craving to exercise +

I brought my clothes to work b/c I can’t take it anymore. VLCD3 and need to workout. Normally, I do cardio and lift heavy-ish weights on other days. During P2, I know better than to lift. It hurts my ego due to the number on the scale. So no lifting for me in these 3 weeks. Muscle don’t leave me!!

My question is: what do you exercise lovers do? I was thinking about the stair climber, some fast paced squats, lunges and pushups. Is that too much?

Any advice/idea?

I walk, run, but mostly hike
I climb 14ers (our highest peaks in Colorado) and haven't had any problems with energy levels, or weight loss, or muscle problems...I have gotten dizzy...but at 14,000 feet, I chalk that up as normal ...and I'm considering adding yoga this round and using my body weight as resistence...mainly because I freak out so much in P3 and P4 when I increase my exercise only to be rewarded with a increase in body weight

see minimonkey...she is an expert of exercise and hhcg/hcg (my opinion of course)

ITA about minimonkey. I always think about her when I think about exercising. It's just that I am easily bruised about the number on the scale going up. In previous rounds, I still lifted weights and had a bad next day or two of no losses. I don't want that this time, but I have to workout. It's so easy to lose muscle in just a month of VLC. Great idea about yoga. I will def look into it for today. Woohoo. Although - I know for sure I'll retain water the next day b/c I haven't done yoga in a while.
