As for the ACV... my favorite way is to put it in water and add stevia or lemon juice or both, then sip on it... tastes like cider soda when it is sweetened appropriately. ACV is very beneficial and I found it to energize me while on phase 2. Blessings, Shirley -- phase 3 -- Total hcg loss in 3 rounds: 88.8 pounds ![]() |

MsHistory - I've had store bought kimchi a few times and all it had was spices, vinegar and cabbage. It didn't cause me any problems. I say give it a try and see what happens, just don't go overboard 'cause it does contain a lot of sodium. On the ACV, I hear that the Bragg's is much tastier and more healthful than other brands. I'm going to start using it myself. It's never too late, right?

The Braggs ACV is the ONLY one I use and I love it! IMO Braggs has almost a "sweet" natural taste and it is lovely cloudy b/c it has the "mother" in it still! ![]() |

hcground1 - thank you so much, I love kimchi! I should probably not get all 2 cups worth of cabbage out of it though since the sodium is so high. Do you usually just eat some kimchi and some regular cabbage?
Heather - Holy buckets, I tried shooting the ACV last night and it made my eyes water, haha! I feel like I should drink it with salt and lime! But if it helps, I'm all in... cheers! |

W/ the ACV, be careful of your teeth!! Definitely rinse your mouth with water and brush your teeth more often. The vinegar is corrosive to your tooth enamel.
Yesterday I didn't do my eggs, again!! We were out, again, and I drove through. Bunless hamburger w/ mustard and pickles, again = 240cals. Came in at 526 for the day and lost 0.6 overnight!! Today's menu: B-coffee S-apple L-chicken wrap S-apple? D-egg/egg white omlette w/ garlic and spinach!! Decided to try to do P2 through the weekend and see how low I can go. I'm almost in VWT!! Hopefully tomorrow! I really haven't hit a stall this round . I probably will now, especially since I wrote it out!! . I hope to keep going a few more days at least and dream of getting well into the 140's and staying there!! ![]() Make March a great month!!

Mshistory!! I hope it picks up tomorrow!Yesterday I lost 0.6! Happy!! Menu: B-coffee, 1tbs halfnhalf S- coke zero ![]() L-P2 chili over romaine lettuce - yum! but so full I didn't finish it ![]() S-apple D-planning leftover round steak and cabbage. We'll see. Still plugging away. Feel good, not hungry, plenty of energy, but getting a little bored. As long as the scale keeps going down I'll stay w/ P2. Within reason of course . Need a solid week of P3 before we go camping on 3/16. Can't wait!!Have a good, on plan weekend all!! The temptations will be there, but we have a bigger goal in mind!! ![]() |

Abby - Stressing isn't good for losses, or for your health. And it was unfounded anyway, see? Try to relax and roll with the flow. You're doing great!
![]() Down .6 today, which puts me back where I was 5 days ago. No cheating, just maybe a tweak here and there. Lol. Last night I wound up poaching 2 whole eggs w/ my egg whites, and it was so nice to eat something different. I'm planning on the same thing today. B: coffee, later I'll have an apple L: 2 poached eggs/egg whites w/ asparagus D: romaine w/ grilled chicken breast Of course, this is all subject to change without notice! |

Well, here is what I WISH my menu looked like today:
B: Water L: Chicken Chili D: Egg Sandwich w/lettuce & mustard Unfortunately, I am a terrible cook and somehow completely screwed up the Egg Bread sooooo.... Here's hoping for a sandwich tomorrow! And now, to decide plan B for dinner.... Down 1.0 today, so that's good news! Thanks for all the support, it makes it easier to stick to it!! <3 |

Today I am down 0.6. I'm hungrier today which is likely my signal to move on to
P3 soon. I will see what tomorrow brings. But if I'm starving tomorrow I may stop dosing and call this LDW. We'll see. Menu today: Coffee, 1tbs halfnhalf L-small hamburger, several bites of chili, dill pickles S-apple D-3 oz ny strip steak, spinach salad w/ WF italian dressing, SF gherkin pickles First time trying the WF dressings. Others have done well with them, so I'm hoping it doesnt hurt me. We'll see!! Off to a friends house for some fun games. Will chew gum and drink my water .Home stretch for me!! I am thinking P3 in a few days!! ![]() |

Where is everyone?! Come back, I can't come up with OWN meal ideas!
B: Water L: Scrambled eggs (1 yolk) w/Asparagus and Frank's D: (DELICIOUS!) Hamburger served with Onions (fried in the burger grease), tomatoes, and mustard. Dinner was DELISH but no loss today I'm thinking maybe it was the onions, does anybody else stall with them? |
