R2 begins...hard to load

Hi all!
I am back. After losing 20 lbs in 23 days on R1, I maintained well through P3, even losing some here and there.

When time for P4 came I introoduced a couple new things mainly sugar and I quickly had a 5 pound gain that has stayed for the past 3 days.

Well it's time to begin round 2 anyway, so here I am in day 1 of loading and I am stuffed and grossed out! I am not use to eating this way and it is hard. I feel sick by all the fat. I know I must load well as I did not load well in R1 and suffered the whole P2 from it. Is it wierd to say that I need mental strength to eat fatty? In my mind I am ready to lose again and eating badly typically contradicts that.

I totally understand where you are coming from...I am getting ready to load this weekend and I know I am going to feel totally gross. I know I have to push through it though, bc I didn't load well the first round and I paid for it too. Happy eating! Atleast it's only 2 days!

Nuts are great for loading. A handful of them adds a lot of calories and healthy kind of fat! I also like to drink a glass or two of whole milk. I started R2P2 D1 today and was doing pretty good. Felt a little bit hungry around 4pm, but nothing that I couldn't manage, unlike my R1 which I didn't do a good job loading...and almost passed out on my first VLCD day!

I started loading 2/14 too.
I loathe loading too and I can't hardly gag food down, let alone fattening food...it has always been that way, even the first round. I always feel grossed out and sick...and worse, I crave healthy foods
Last night...my last day of loading..I finally felt pretty good before bed time and finished off with cheesecake (sweetened with stevia) but full fat, and blueberry cheesecake ice cream. It was worth it...even eating it right before bed...because I felt fantastic today. I had such a difficult time loading...I ate what I could gag down when I felt good enough to do so.

Cristen, I see from your stats that your current weight is 135 and your goal is 135. You are loading and starting P2 or did I misinterpret?

I'm actually at 140 currently and should change my stats
I had a beautiful P3 my last round...but P4 this time was a little difficult. I began to hover at the top of my window or a little over so decided to do one more round. I am not sure what my goal is, so I have not changed my stats...my only real goal is to have a flawless P2,3,and 4...and hope I am completely stable in the end. I am thinking my goal will still be around 135...but I'm shooting for a little lower to give myself some wiggle room
