Those detox baths are sooooo nice, aren't they? I've never actually looked for a recipe online, just what my Naturopath told me. 2 cups of epsom salt in as hot of water as you can, then at the end, dump a few cups of cold water over your torso. Don't usually do that last part! lol!

Sorry you're not feeling well. Pump those fluids and rest, rest, rest. Maybe another detox bath is in your near future...



What about when the kiddos nap (if they still do)? Or at night after you put them to bet? Those baths are so relaxing right before crawling into bed to sleep... It would help you get rid of that extra water too... You've gotta make time for yourself, too. I know, a lot easier said than done with little ones.



I think it's after 60 posts. Then if you go to the User Control Panel at the top of this screen it will bring you to another page. On the left side you'll see a tab that says edit signature. Click on it. Then you have to add to the big window [SIGPIC][SIGPIC]. Down below that you'll see a place where you can add a web address link to the ticker you've made (assuming you've made a ticker on a different web site, like tickerfactory or something).
This part I had to play around with, but it should start with http:// and is has to end with bng. Hope that helps...

That is awesome lyn!! it really is nice to fit into your old clothes!!
I also got some of my old clothes out size 10 and they fit!!
Bought a pair of pants last night size 10 petite and didnt try them on before buying them and they fit!!
I am excited that I am down a size finally after 33 lb lost.

I am up 1lb this morning I even took a detox bath last night hoping to stave of a gain. For some reason I had a feeling I would gain. I was pretty good over the weekend, maybe had a little extra salt. so I am up a total of 1.4 for the last 2 days
Need to get back on track, will be really good today and see if it comes back off, hope so!!

I am down zero again today, but TOM is coming in the next day or so. Just trying to hang in there. I seem to have a block (mostly in my head) about getting in the 140s.

Still 125.4 today, and the digital scale wavered between 125.0 and 125.4, so I'm confident I'm in the right place.

I was actually thinking this morning that since my interruption starts on Friday (with a long car ride), and usually Bernice runs over on my first day of eating fats that perhaps I should stop the hCG a day or two earlier so that I can add fats back in 1 to 2 days before the trip and not have to worry about being in the car that long.

So...I'm making today my last day of hCG. 72 hours will take me to Thursday morning when I can start P3/interruption, and then it looks like I will have to do an interruption until March 5, because of another obligation, so that will be 2 1/2 weeks. I might just do the standard 3 weeks of P3, skip P4 (rogue) and cycle right back onto the VLCD to see if I can lose the last 5 (or 7, since I usually gain 2 during P3), in one last round.

I hope everyone has a Happy Valentine's Day tomorrow, knowing we don't need chocolates to enjoy that day!

Good morning everyone! Hope everyone had a great weekend.

I'm down 1.2 this morning for a grand total of 10.6 lost
I'm officially more than halfway to goal! I'm so excited. I've gotten into a pair of jeans that have been just too tight on me for the last few months, and they're loose.

Quick survey... What WOE do you plan to use after reaching goal, stabilizing and moving on into everyday life? I believe I will have to stay away from grains of all kinds for probably the rest of my life, they seem to really cause internal inflammation in me. So it'll be veggies, meats, some fruit and good fats for me!

Hi Guys i really need your help somebody please!..... I started the first round of the HCg diet 10days ago unfortunately the weekend came and i had to go to birthday parties... Friday - Sunday and i just fell off the wagon... i need your help. i gained 3 pounds surprisingly i thought it would be really more considering the way i was just eating.

Hi everyone. I’ve started my fourth week of P2 and my weight loss has just stopped. I’m soooo frustrated. I was giving folks advice to just push through it last week but now I can hardly take my own advice. I haven’t been able to get past 167 for 5 days. In fact, when I stepped on the scale this morning and was back at 168! What to do? I feel like I hardly eat anything. Yesterday I did eat a whole apple and some extra boiled veggies but I’m sure that I clocked in below 500-550 because I only had a little protein…. Anyone gone through this? Any advice? My skin is dry, I don’t look great, I feel like I’m constantly battling low blood sugar or low blood pressure (who knows what it is) AND I’M NOT losing??? <cry cry cry…>*

Best thing for you to do is just hop back on the wagon and not think about the past. Eat clean, stay in calorie range and drink your water. The weight will come off!! Good luck!!

Your advice is right you just need to push through. Make sure your counting your calories and eating the right amount. Make sure you are drinking enough water. Also it could be that you need to go to the bathroom. Contipation is a big problem sometimes on this diet. I know it is a problem for me. Are you on Hhcg or Rx HCG. Maybe you need to post some of your diet log and we can see if anyone catches anything wrong there. If you are on protocal and not losing, then you may need to do an apple day. Good luck, hope things work itself out for you!!

Are you in the middle of your menstrual cycle by chance? I notice that anytime I do HCG-like eating I don't lose hardly at all for about a week to ten days in the middle of my cycle. Hope that helps!

Hey girl!!! I have seen so many here using JUDDD very successfully after done with hcg. This will be my after P3 plan once I am done with this round. I know of quite a few that are doing really well with this alternate day dieting and since we all know what to eat on our 500 calorie days, we have half the battle won The other days we can eat what we want--hence the alternate day part.

I'm with Hcg-girl, move on. Don't beat yourself up, just don't do it again. This plan works so well, but you have to be disciplined. That 3 pounds will be gone soon enough!

Need a pep talk….
I would recommend a detox bath, but also make sure you're getting your protein! If you want to skip out on something skip the fruit. The protein is important right now, the sugar, not so much. That could be a part of the way you're feeling as well. Also, a potassium supplement should help a lot with fatigue. 400mg of potassium a day, I believe. Drink extra water! Are you getting in at least 1/2 gallon? On the dry skin, I've been using petroleum jelly, yup, good ol vaseline. I just use it on my lips and on my hands, the rest of me is pretty dry. If I feel like I need some on my face, I'll rub just a smidge in while my skin is wet after the shower.

At least you have kept it off a year. I cannot keep it off for more than a month at a time once I get done with hcg hence the "I am here yet once again" I am the one who needs a swift kick in the behind.

Thanks ladies. The venting itself sort of helped. I am all of those things you all mentioned above. Probably not drinking enough, skipping the protein more than the fruit, no bm's, AND in the middle of my cycle (meaning expecting TOM in about 2 weeks).

Will push through!
On my way to refill that water glass now and will do a detox bath tonight. I guess I won't get any skinnier if I quit now anyway, right?? Lol...

Well, I started feeling a bit hungry last night, and today I am hungry, so I think I've made the right decision to make today my last day of hCG. My hCG is also pretty old, but I have to do this interruption anyway, and I'm dreaming of full fat Fage yogurt constantly, so I'm going forward with today being my last day.

I have really learned it is so important to listen to your own body.

Yesterday I did eat a whole apple and some extra boiled veggies but I’m sure that I clocked in below 500-550 because I only had a little protein…. Anyone gone through this? Any advice? My skin is dry, I don’t look great, I feel like I’m constantly battling low blood sugar or low blood pressure (who knows what it is) AND I’M NOT losing??? <cry cry cry…>*

Need a pep talk….
I am probably the wrong person to speak to, but when I started this round I had a TEN day stall (at a weight I lived with for a very long time.) The only thing that broke this stall is that I did an "interruption" and restarted. Had I known interruptions would be so therapeutic for my mind and body, I would have done them sooner.

So I don't have any advice but to either hang in there, or consider an interruption, but I also blew my interruption and gained weight, which is not what interruptions are for. I wish you the best in whatever you decide!

Thank you all , you guys are the best! I will get back on it, i really helps to talk to people. So i really did good today so far though a bit hungry but i said i will not give in. Im on Rx HCG and i can tell that this works i just got to be good.

Hi Bonnie! We miss you over in rogue land! I actually belong over here now -- I am actually doing (gasp!) a protocol round myself right now... today is day 7 -- I had great losses the first few days, but that was losing some of the weight I gained on the p3 interruption (which was disastrous on the scale) and my load weight -- alas.

I went for the rx drops this time .. hoping that and a protocol round with load does the trick for me.

That said, I jumped up .8 today, so I am a tad grumpy about that -- but forward I go, chicken and apples in hand...lol!

Down 1 lb (woo hoo!) today. Puts me @ 147 w/ 7 lbs to go to get to goal! Had some spotting yesterday after just having TOM 2 weeks ago, so I was surprised w/ a loss. Don't know if it's because of the HCG or perimenopausal symptoms! UGH!!!!!!

Wow! Awesome job to you, too! You're almost into a new decade! Doesn't it feel so good to be lighter! Fitting into clothes and not feeling so tired all the time is the BEST!!!!!!!!!

I say that after making two pans of brownies for my kids to take to school. But I was good and did not eat even one!! But I really wanted one though! Got them out of the house now, so no worries!!

I had a 2 lb whoosh this morning!! Had some smooth move tea and Milk of Magnesia last night, and that helped!! Finally since over the last 2 days I gained 1.2 So I guess I'm back on track and I will move forward.
I hate it when I gain!! makes me depressed, even though I know it is probably constipation causing it, the scale going up bothers me!!

What I'm doing now is totally rogue, but I like posting here and I was a protocol-rigid person for so long, I'm attached to this thread.

I took my last dose of hCG yesterday am for an upcoming interruption, and I'm glad I have this interruption coming because I would have had to stop anyway (or mix new hCG). I felt hungry for the first time two nights ago, and yesterday was very hungry after lunch, lightheaded in the evening and felt terribly weak, tired and shaky (hypoglycemic) this morning. I think my hCG was too old, but I was coming up on this interruption anyway, thankfully.

I'll be eating fat tomorrow, so hopefully I will feel better. I am also down 1.4 today to 124.0 (a record low for me), but no celebrating today because I am so tired and I know there will be a bump up once I start eating P3 style.

FOUR pounds to goal! That is pretty exciting. I just wish I felt better. I can't believe after that TEN day stall and the weight gain after my faulty interruption, that I am actually losing weight this round more rapidly than before. It's just bizarre.

I'll be starting P3 tomorrow--whoever is also starting P3, I'll see you over on the P3 thread!

Best of luck to all you who are still enjoy the losses on P2, and for those who are stagnant, I am living proof weight loss can still happen!

Oh, I stalled big time before my last interruption, and now I'm losing weight like I never have the entire time I've been taking hCG! AND it's my last few pounds. Truly mystifying. You've done great!

This morning I'm back up my whole loss from yesterday, 1.2. But I'm not really surprised. I have been losing so much the last several days I knew it had to end, I would have liked it just to have stopped instead of reversing, but... oh well. Yesterday I felt pretty bloated after eating both my lunch and my dinner. Tom is still in the house, so it may just be water?

Hope everyone has a great day. I'm off to teach some 1st grade! Hope my daughter can focus today...

you were me yesterday, I magically gained 1.2 back yesterday today back down a lb of that (128 even) I knew the last couple lbs left would be hard but this hard?!!
