I don't know about excess energy...I teach! lol...If I knew how hard my teachers worked in school, I would have been so much nicer to them!

I have bounced around the same 1.5 lbs for three days now....and this morning I was down 2.4!!!
I have 13 more days after today before p3...not gonna lie, I was thinking it was 7. I was SO looking forward to some diversity! BUT I am praying this means I can lose another 10lbs maybe if I am really really good!

Hope everyone has a great Saturday.....I am going to TRY to get the gumption to clean house...not gonna promise though.

OH! I asked this on another thread....but what is the verdict on eating Kale on p2? I know it isn't listed specifically, but is it considered one of the "healthy greens"? I have a bag and want to make "chips".

This is a typical pattern for me when I get into a round. It seems like around week 3 somewhere I start doing that. Totally normal for some of us.

My doc said kale is fine, but keep an eye on your losses. It's not on the original P & I so it is considered 'rogue.' I've eaten it several times this round with no problems, and will continue to do so. I'm not sure though, how you would make kale chips without using oil? Tell me please, I love kale chips!

Well, after 2 days of adding in the protein shake doc recommended, and upping my protein to 65-70g a day, I'm down 1.2! I'm so glad to see it's not making a negative difference on my losses, because I really am enjoying having something for breakfast. It'll be nice in P3 when I can use more of the sunflower seed milk and a bit more fruit, but for now I can live with it the way it is.

Yesterday my calories were 498 for the day. Fat 12.9g Carb 28.3g Pro 69.7g

I'm still keeping it under 500 and having a fruit! Plus loads of good veggies, and I'm really feeling full all day.

I just put them on parchment paper that has been LIGHTLY sprayed w pam....sprinkle w seasoning and bake! I usually don't have that many that stick. They get very little if any of the pam. I do this w/ spinach as well, though they are far more fragile!

My loss should read 1.2, was too early!

I need to learn how to track my foods for P3, I tried last round and couldn't figure out how to set it up.
Probably why I failed in P3. Can anybody recommend the easiest place to start this? Or any tips? TIA

I use ******. You can set up a free account. You can use their extensive list of foods, and even create your own it the item isn't there. If I have the nutrition info for an item in front of me I will often check and see if it jives with what ****** has, and it usually does. It give a pie chart for each day for your % of fat, carb, protein, which is really helpful when setting up your menu's for each day during P3. I believe the ratio people have the easiest time stabilizing with is 70% fat, 15% carb, and 15% protein. You can check out the link at the bottom of my signature to see my public ****** journal.

Hey, All! I need some advice. I am at the end of my round (doing injections) and I should be skipping an injection today. Thing is, I only have 2 more days of injections to do after, so that would be Mon. and Tues.. So, should I just skip the skip day and have my LIW be Monday or just follow the plan and skip my injection today, and have my LIW be Tuesday? What would you do? BTW, I lost 1.6 lb today and have lost a total of 28 lbs. I have 3.3 lb to go to get to goal!

Great loss so close to the end of P2! Congrats!

When you say you only have 2 more injections to do, do you mean you only have 2 left or you are only doing two more injection days? What VLCD are you on?

Good morning all! Way to go on the losses!!!

I was way bad last night....For some reason I was craving PB really really bad...so at about 1 last night I got up had 2 small melba rounds w/ a tsp of raw almond butter (no sugar) on each (of course i licked the fork too!)...then I was fine! Craving gone! I was terrified to get on the scale this morning. I was relieved to find that I had gone from 274.2 to 271.4! I weighed 3x to make sure I wasn't seeing things...and to top it off...TOM arrived this morning. I have noticed through tracking that I tend to drop pretty well for 2-3 days, hover for 4-5 and then drop again. Does anyone else see patterns like this?

I hope everyone has a great Sunday! It is raining and thundering here. Time to stay inside and clean....lol...more like read all day!

I had a .8 loss today!!
Happy the weight is still coming off.
I have only 1 week to go on P2, I am ready to start P3!!
excited about adding more food!!! Like you Icecreamjunkie- I've been craving PB!! I have resisted though.
I've been getting really bored with the same foods, ready for some variety!!

Not sure about the shots Lyn... I do drops.

ICJ- wow! almond butter..... I miss PB too!

I'm up +.8 today to 138... haven't cheated at all. I was afraid 138 might be a set point since with many CD's I was able to stay there for about 2 months after R1. Hope this passes soon.

Well, I'm not sure how much my advice can mean since I've only ever done hhcg... What it sounds like to me is you have the option of going a day longer and possibly losing a bit more if you skip a day. That's what I would do. But it's a personal choice. Are you feeling burned out already? Or do you have an additional day in you?

It sounds like a set point. It may take a bit longer to get past it, but you will. It's normal to have a bump up here and there as well.

I'm the same today. Seems like my pattern of staying the same for a few days and then having a drop is beginning. Only 7.6 more pounds to go till goal, and 18 more days. Man I hope I can get there...

Afternoon all! Well I upped my protein yesterday to 4 oz both times did a detox bath and shot a T of ACV...down a lb today, finally! Now i'm trying to concentrate on my homework and having a hard time as you can tell Everyone seems to be doing well today, happy Sunday!! Thank goodness I have tomorrow off!

Thanks for the advice, all! I decides that I could stick it out an extra day in hopes of losing just a bit more weight to try to make it to goal. I figured this is my final round, so I could postpone phase 3 just 1 more day. Actually, today has been a great day. I haven't even been hungry and have felt pretty good. I am looking forward to exercising a bit more and it works out perfectly. The FFA at school is putting on a breakfast for the teachers on Friday which just so happens to be my first day on phase 3, so I ordered eggs, bacon and sausage! I am a happy camper and in a good place and really am going to work hard to maintain and tone up my body. I have osteoarthritis, so it's important!

Hi ladies. I don't think I posted much at all last week.
Hope everyone is doing well.
My last dose is on Wednesday. I'm doing Rx so that means that I have to keep eating VLCD for 2 days past that right? So, I can have my yummy breakfast Saturday morning?
I've done other rounds but did hhcg, so I am unsure as to what to do here! :-)
I'm hoping I can get down 1 or 2 more lbs before stopping, but I guess we'll see.
Nervous about P3, like most everyone else I'm sure.

Hey ya'll!! Hope everyone has had a great day! I stayed at 271.4today.

I am at an utter and total LOSS as to what to do for dinner tonight! I would just do scrambled eggs if i could put my usual mayo & cheddar in them! I have chicken or shrimp thawed, tomatoes, cabbage or kale....none of it sounds good! I'm wanting comfort foods.....i might defrost some beef and make meatballs?

Help???

Hello all! Pitching in to say I'm down 2.2lbs today on VLCD6. Total 8.9 in the first 6 days, woot!

Question for you all - does the amount of drops you take change per round from time to time? This is my fourth round and 8 drops might be too low for me. I'm hungry. It was perfect last round. I think the round before that, I was good on 9 or 10.
