Fell right off the train

This has been a HORRIBLE weekend. I have not been eating enough calories for a couple days mostly because stress. Well today my stress just pushed me right off the HCG train. Now we'll see what kind of damage I have done in the morning. What led me to do this you ask? Well after dealing with my MIL being in the hospital out of state and being the medical advocate and family information center since Friday along with trying to do my school work for count them 4 college class I finally cracked. Granted it was my English teacher telling me I failed a project that was the final straw but that is a whole other story. Anyhow, I ate a single serving size container of fat free, sugar free yogurt with strawberries in it, and I ate a huge bowl of green beans with a sprinkle of full fat cheese on it (I estimate 1/2 an oz to an oz) either way I figure that will just send me right off the deep end. WHAT WAS I THINKING??? I have obviously lost my ever loving mind!!

Awww-- hugs!

Honestly, as cheats go, that wasn't a bad one at all! It might not even hurt your losses, and if it does, it'll be a short stall most likely. Get on track again and you should be fine.

I am right there with you in the stress boat, and had to remind myself that eating would not help decrease any of my real life stressors. I hope it gets better for you!

Be sure to eat as much as your plan allows (if it is protocol, then the full 500 calories) -- any less than that and you set yourself up for another incident like today.... I know, why? Uh, because I have been there...lol.

You didn't do that bad, GET UP and be proud of how far you have come! This is just a blip on the radarscreen and you will be A. O. K. again very soon! Glad you came here to vent it instead of stuffing and wallowing!

You can do this! I'm sorry for the stress you have been under, family stress is the worse because we care about people and want to do what's right all the time - never giving ourselves a break or credit! And school stuff is hard - ask me how I know - but sheesh girl, give yourself permission to be less than perfect now and then and MOVE ON down the road!

(((HUGS)))

Pick yourself up and not only brush yourself off but pat yourself on the back for recognizing what you did and making a correction!!! Stress is horrible but the additional stress of "going off and eating" just adds more for me. Now that isn't to say that I don't lol. Wishing for you a relief from some of the pressure. Make sure you are getting the 500 calories a day. That is super important to prevent protein deficiency and hunger.
Here's to a much much better week for you and the family.

Just thought I would let everyone know, it didn't turn out too bad. When I weighed this morning I had lost a pound!

Good job! haha I wish I was you to freak out at such a small cheat. I wouldn't even think about it if I did what you did.

LOL I worry about the smallest things. I'm terrified that I will do something that will derail my weight loss. My husband is due home in April on leave and my goal is to be under 170 by then AND off the P3 portion of it.

Excellent -- glad to hear you made it through unscathed - and cheering you on to reach your goal!
