I like focusing on fat and protein. My load days look like this:
eggs, bacon, sausage, whipping cream in coffee, steak fried in butter with onions, chicken with skin on fried in coconut oil or lard, whipping cream with raw farm fresh egg yolks a splash of molasses, cinnamon & nutmeg (I drink about 1 quart of this on each load day), avacado, cream cheese, coconut oil made into cocoa crack with nut butters, coconut manna, etc. I usually always have some good chocolate too... but I stay away from sugar and starch as much as possible. I do usually splurge on some bread with about 1/4 stick of butter on it with a spread of our organic raw creamed honey! MMMM! Is this your first round??? You'll love the protocol! I was very skeptical at first but now that I'm 85 pounds down... I'm SOOO Thankful that I stumbled upon hcg!! Have a great round!! |

Avocado, sour cream, peanut butter, butter, cream cheese with olives on ritz crackers, crispy bacon -- I concentrate on that stuff, along with coconut oil and heavy whipping cream.

If you are doing strict protocol then you avoid coconut oil. If doing a rogue version than you can try it and see if it works for you.
YMMV.![]() Most regular hair and facial products are fine since in our day many products don't have nutritional oils with the exception of the "natural" or organic lines. I think suave is fine.. if I remember correctly. Have a great round!! |
