Contouring Gel for Saddlebags?
Has anyone used any kind of Contouring Gel for saddlebags? I purchased one on netrition, and was wondering if anyone had good experience or no benefit from it.

I have it, and I do think it helps get rid of water retention, at the very least... and maybe helps with the skin, as well. There is no oil in it, so I see no problem with using it on p2.

![]() Oh, too funny! I just realize I neglected to mention that the reason I started trying this is because Dr. Belluscio (who has done a bit of research on hCG in recent years), mentioned in one of his research articles that he used aminophylline and yohimbe in a cream for patients with fat deposits to help eliminate them. When I found the Contouring Gel on netrition that had these ingredients in them, I figured I would try it. Especially after seeing my "almost after" pics. (Shudder!) I showed my husband my before and "almost" after pics and he was very complimentary, and then I said, "but wow, my thighs still almost look the same", and being the man that he is, half-heartedly listening, trying to be polite, he agreed with me! I could have killed him. ![]()

Garnet...LOL about your half-listening hubby --- if I had a dollar for every time my dude has done that, I'd be a very well-off woman!
Good luck with the contouring gel -- I do think it helps. |

I found one research article in favor of it, and if I really do measure a difference I'll report back. I sometimes wonder if it is the actual massaging of the cellulite that is really making the difference--you have to rub the gel in for 35 seconds each time. But if it works, I'll be happy and let everyone know. |

I have been using the contouring cream for about 10 days and I do think it is working. I'm just started P3 last week, so I have a lot of changes in the mix, but since the time I started using it I have lost an inch in my waist. I can't say it is all from the cream, because that is a lot and I was due for some inches reduction on HCG.
I'm using it on my abdomen. I got the Amilean brand from netrition because it has aminophylline and caffeine in it. In researching this I learned that Dr. Oz says the creams with aminophylline and caffeine do work, and also learned he as well as Monteil Williams say that SafSlim works to reduce belly fat so I ordered some of that as well. It's a form of safflower oil which should be ok on P3. I'll let you know how that goes too. |

I just ordered some more of the Contouring Gel -- I think it is helping get rid of the jiggly butt (well, something is, in any event!)
I don't want to speak too soon, but my saddlebags -- previously the bane of my body image -- are very nearly gone |

Any more updates on the contouring cream? It definitely sounds like a diet scam, but it sounds like you guys are all having good luck with it, so maybe I'll have to try it!

![]() I'm going to keep trying, though, because I bought two bottles of it, and I haven't really started a work-out yet. |

!!!I'm 5'2" and my thighs are the size of a lot of folks waist 30" or more. As I've lost weight they have come down a couple inches but they look like elephant thighs now all wrinkly and melting . I would love to learn to swim for exercise but these thighs will never see the light of day. Even those matronly swimsuits with the supposedly thigh hider skirts are hideous on me. I have 50 more lbs to lose . I can't imagine how they'll look then. I know in my heart that no cream , gel or anything else will ever help these thighs. I wish you all the best though. Nothing short of plastic surgery will help me. |

I do feel like the daily massage of my thighs has been helpful. I'm going to try adding in skin brushing to see if that helps at all, too. You have come so far--that's amazing! Best of luck to you with continued success! ![]() |

) but am excited to see if it will work on my belly. I got to goal, am working to get back down and when there was still concerned about my belly. Still had one! So I am hoping that as I near goal I can use this to get my belly nice and flat. ![]() I was looking at the contouring gel here at Netrition too. I would love to try that too!! I may once I hear other people's results. But my thighs were OK when I got to 115, just my belly needed help. I guess it works on bellys too?

I'm worried about my belly too! I use the contouring gel on it. I can't tell if it is doing anything, I don't know if it has been long enough for the SafSlim. It does taste good and it helps with hunger I think. I'm hoping the last 20 lbs will take care of my belly problem!

If I can ever get done with P2
Every time I start P2, I fail and then drift away. Then start again, drift away. I am giving it one more shot this weekend, give P2 a few weeks to work its magic and then start the SafSlim. My dream is to have a flat belly with no tummy tuck, but after 4 c-sections I am doubtful. But when I got to 115 I was able to wear a bikini and not feel too conscious of it. My closet is looking like a health food store ![]() these days. I have coconut oil, coconut flakes, coconut shreds, coconut peanut butter. All stuff I plan on having once done with P2, but just cannot seem to get there. ![]() Wish me luck ![]() |

Haha, I hear you! I can't tell you how many times I've started R2... at LEAST 5!!!! (And now I have myself scared into thinking that maybe I'm losing slowly this round because my body is so used to me pumping it full of hcg, starving it, but then jumping right back into my old ways before my VLC days are over!)
4 c-sections and a bikini, you are my HERO!!! I've only had 1 and mine looks awful... do you have stretch marks? I'm thinking that once at goal (If that EVER happens!) I will need some serious tummy help, so I'm excited to hear how it works! And NOW I'm excited to go look up coconut peanut butter!! |

I have no stretch marks. Just the bikini line scar from the cutting. My bikini is not a string, but a bikini. Did you not see my pics from my birthday? I will find them:
Simeons HCG protocol--July 2010 Post 1493. I want that bod back this summer. Just need some tightening and toning and I will look better. So my 42nd birthday I can be the hott mama again LOL. This is what hcg can do for you!! I loved looking at my old posts and the familiar names in that thread. Takes me back........anyhow, the coconut peanut butter I have only used on a spoon. I don't know what else to do with it. But I am thinking anywhere peanut butter is good, so will this. I can see it on muffins. Have to come up with some new ideas though. Oh my word, you are def the hot mama! Hard to believe you've had ANY let alone FOUR kiddos! Ok, you have motivated me to stick with it, even though this round has been slow and painful. (I'm sure those unfortunate enough to be around when my mood swings hit would agree!) I can do this!
And in another week, I can eat a spoonful of PB! |
