Hey all.. Down .5 today, so still up .5 from my lowest point so far.
I am getting antsy and frustrated as the scale is creeping along, and I really want to get into P3 by the weekend.. I may have to stay on it till Monday, which would be day 42 for me. I have fought for these last few pounds for 2 weeks, it seems. My SO thinks I am looking skinny and has been trying to cheer me on/be the voice of reason for me. These 5 or 6 pounds of VFT are apparently making a big difference, so I just really want a couple more gone before I wrap it up. But dangit! I am down, then up, then down, then up. Really pushing the water this week, along with green tea. Hope it helps!

Hope everyone has great losses today! Looked like there were some good whooshes today!

Sorry you're having a tough time. They say those last pounds when you get down to goal can really fight to stay. Hang in there. The way I figure it, I've already started this, why not hang in there till it's over!

down to 132.25! getting ever closer ....

However, even though my weight is approaching my goal, I still have a "belly pooch" -I have 6 kids, but my baby is 27 yo - doubt that's a viable excuse!

Well, I no longer want to wear a bikini, but I would love to get rid of this belly - does it eventually "even out"? or do I get to live with it? Last time I was this low, I dressed for the working world - panty hose, etc., so I don't know if I had this or not - now I wear shorts, tank tops, and bathing suits - and the belly shows!

Well, no loss for me today. Not too surprised, bernice didn't show yesterday at all. So frustrating. I think I'll sit in the sauna again today, that seemed to really help relax me on Monday. Have a great day!

Oh, you will be! I just wish I had started this when I was at your starting point rather than mine.

This is the most amazing diet! I'm not sure 120 is my final weight. I'm 5'4" and still wearing size 10 pants at when I was 126 pounds. I'm hoping that last 6 will get me into size 8.

I'm back down my .6 gain so now same weight as Sunday after I had my surprise *whoosh* of 2 pounds..... still seriously thinking of stopping shots on Saturday and going from there with pellets or hhcg drops since I will have hit the 40 days with Rx by then. Not sure what I wanna do. I sure don't want to pop back up and get stuck again but then even though I'm way past the hunger stage and into the "groove" I am kinda tired of this right now.... UGH.

@Kari, I don't have scallops on my P & I list of meats - it's a pretty high fat seafood. YMMV.

Unfortunately I think exercise is the only way to tighten up that saggy baby belly skin. I have the same thing and the only time I ever noticed it getting smaller was when I was doing crazy core workouts twice a week.

I am doing the rx injections, so only 42 days. I'm pretty ready for phase 3 and lost about 5 lbs in my last phase 3, so am hoping for a repeat.

Thanks!! I'm probably doing 30 days, that's what all the injections I have, had hoped i wouldn't need 30 but being so close to goal, my losses are just creeping down ugh

120 is my goal but i'd be good with under 125, I stabalized last time at 4 lbs above my ldw so I'm hoping to end anywhere under 125 but who knows i'll have to end with whatever i'm at day 30

ok, I don't know what gives....but I have been hungry all day!!!!!

I skipped my coffee this morning to see if that might be causing some of my issues...just drank water and green tea. Had 90oz of water so far and my lunch...but MAN! I still have till five before I can go home...This has been the first day (day 21) that I have had these serious munchies!

Ok, so I had a piece of fish and celery soup for dinner ....overdosing on water! lol BUT I have been going to the bathroom a LOT (sorry for the TMI) so that has to be a good sign after my sodium dinner last night, right?

I was totally puffy today and even had "cankles"....not as bad as I used to...but they were there. I don't think I ever want to use brags again!

Nah, I think it actually helps. Same idea as a detox bath, it just causes you to sweat stuff out through your pores. I'm drinking more than enough water to compensate for the sweat loss. My average is 3 quarts of water a day, not including teas and coffee.

Man I'm having a bad day. I'm so cranky and depressed. Tom's not due for 4-5 days but I'm sure he's the biggest culprit for the way I'm feeling. Also, I though sure bernice would turn up some time today since I haven't seen her since Monday. Nope, nadda. That always makes me cranky. Bloated and just feel "off."

a few questions

Im on day 13 and was losing 1 pound a day had 1 day of cheat (superbowl) not bad but up 1.5 next day mad at myself but i got over it.... i am away from home for a week actually easier because not haveing to cook for my family but also no scale kinda scarey and what im doing is pretty physical enough to make me sore
but the last few days i have eaten what im supose to but im just getting in around 400 calories im still not hungry but im worried i should be getting more?
im using spark people to track calories. also i forgot im supose to skip a day once a week not to do drops should i just start now skipping a day?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but if you're doing hhcg you don't need to skip any days. It's only if you're doing the rx, real hormone drops or injections.

Note: If you do the six-week course, you'll follow the diet for the full six weeks. However, you should only take the drops six days out of each week so that you don't develop immunity to hCG 1234™. For example, don't take the drops on Sundays, but continue to follow the diet.

this is pasted from the instructions for the drops im using and they work lost over 10 pounds

Just checked in. Having a great week, 5.2 pounds in my first two days. That is the largest consecutive losses for me in all three rounds!!

Not expecting much tomorrow but my head is firmly back in the program.

Keep it up, ladies. Summer will be here soon and we'll all feel and look better.

I am STUCK at 150.1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3 days in a row now and I just want to break below 150! I am hoping that it is just my body readjusting, but it's hard because I have been so good about following protocol and I was so active yesterday (doing laundry and cleaning LOL) that I thought for sure I would have a good loss. Maybe tomorrow
Went to the doctor today and they gave me 10 more injections, so I guess I'll stick it out. I was going to start phase 3 on the 18th, but with these injections being used, it will take me through to the 22nd. I CAN do this!

UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was 284.6 yesterday after my sodium dinner! Drank SO much water all day, I lost count...but I am certain it was at least 180 oz plus green tea through out the day. I was in the potty the WHOLE night it seemed...this morning.......

284.4!

Ok, just had to vent. I am really getting frustrated by the fact that the first two weeks, I lost great...then in week three...almost nothing except for the yo-yoing and the gain yesterday.

I hope everyone has a great day! I have meetings all morning and then teach the rest of the day. But will check in with everyone in the evening!

I hope you feel better. I know the feeling. I've had my period for almost two weeks now. Sucks. Hence why I am taking a break. Dont want to mess things up. One thing you should know is A. Full moon effects your mood greatly and B. Solar flares have been very strong, look them up it explains how radiation from the sun causes us to be extra emotional like sad angry, it kind of brings out past stuff you have bot dealt with. very interesting and comforting to know why you might be feeling this way.
