WOE: HCG original protocol
Start Date: January 16th 2012
HCG newbies or near newbies with 50-150lbs to lose following DR.S Original Protocol

Hey there fellow newbies or near newbies. Come join me, let's share our journey together and offer support to one another. Users of HCG homeopath drops, Pellets or HCG injections let's get this !

I would like to dedicate this thread to newbies and near newbies following the original Dr.S protocol, the 500 calorie one protein, one carb, one fruit, one vege etc

I have nothing agains't the other HCG diet plans with higher calorie intake and mixed veges that some are following but this thread is dedicated to those following the original protocol so we can share and offer support to same followers of the original protocol.

I would love to share the highs, lows, recipe ideas and enjoy some good humor, fun and a few laughs along the way. I'm here for the long haul

My start weight was an even 240lbs with 120 lbs to lose, sadly I had doubled my natural body weight YIKES ! To date I have lost 19.6 lbs and have just completed day 22. I have been averaging one lb per day loss so far which is sensational ! I am currently on my 3rd day no loss but tomorrow morning that should change

I seem to have a loss every second or third day rather than daily. My body is really enjoying the HCG protocol and I feel awesome and are excited to see the end results! Yussss!

Are you following the Original hCG Diet

Tea or coffee in any quantity without sugar. Only one tablespoonful of milk allowed in 24 hours. Saccharin or Stevia may be used.

3. One breadstick (grissini) or one Melba toast.

4. An apple, orange, or a handful of strawberries or one-half grapefruit.

WOE: HCG Rx cream
Start Date: 1/21/12 Round 1, 4/9/12 Round 2
Congrats on 20 lbs!!

This is my first round on HCG. I'm using Rx compounded cream.

I'm following Protocol, except I am using Splenda as my sweetener.

I also have a LOT of weight to lose. I started dosing 1/23 and have lost 18.5lbs so far. This round will be 30 days. P3 will begin 2/23.

I plan to start Round 2 in April and I'll decide then how long I'll go, hopefully I can do a 40 day round. I'm already planning for a 3rd round in Sept

I know I'll need a minimum of 4 rounds, so I'm sure I'll do a 4th next January.

I post here every day, so I'll check back later or in the morning

Congrats Cindy and you are well and truly on your way.

I seem to only lose every 3rd day so today is a no loss day again tomorrow I should be down again.

At this stage I won't be taking any breaks, I'm going straight through to goal weight. My naturopath is taking care of me on this diet and she says there is no need to "stop" homepath drops or pellets as there is no immunity and providing I continue to lose and feel great I shall just truck on.

One lady she mentioned did 165 days straight and another 150 days straight, both reached goal weight and neither have put the weight back on in 12 months and 2 years. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

It is only early days for me so I'll just see how I'm feeling in another 25 days and go from there.

Howdy! I lost 100+ pounds so far following the original protocol. I had a thread about being a multi-rounder that is buried in here somewhere. There is also a thread with pictures of people who have lost a whole lotta weight in one thread. Hmmmm. Wonder if I can find either of those.

WOW Suzy, your a trooper! I can't imagine doing this straight through to goal!

The one thing that keeps me going without cheating is knowing it's for a limited time, then I can eat low carb

I'm down 1.3lbs today

Last week I had a different loss pattern. I'd loose 1-2lbs, then stay the same for 1-2 days, but lost 6.5 by the end of the week. This week the scale has dropped each day, sometimes in half lb increments, sometimes more. I prefer it this way, although it all comes out the same in the end anyway.

I hope you have a great day!

I'm heading to that photo thread!

hey Cindy,

congrats on your losses. My body is doing the same. I'm losing only every second to third day between .6 - 1.5 so I'm happy to roll with that

Wow, you are great inspiration! Thanks for the support!

You know, I see this working, not only on you guys, but on myself. I can't tell you how good it feels to find something that will work all the way to goal.

I've spent a good amount of time on diet forums in the last 10 years and I'm simply amazed at the number of HCGers that get to goal. On other forums, there are a few, but usually they stall out and can't lose any more. but not here

I'm so grateful to have found HCG and this forum!

Glad to find this thread! I started on Jan 11, and won't know my total loss until tomorrow - doctor appt. I've had a few days I've struggled - not with hunger, but with habits and wants. The support on this site is wonderful, and to finally have found Hcg! This is truly the first thing that has worked for me, let alone so effortlessly. Congrats to all the 'losers' here, I will keep checking in. I have been having internet problems, so I've been very sporadic (usually have to go to the library), but I will check in when I can. I look forward to chatting with you all!

welcome juje! and well done.

habits and wants comes from food addiction ! Never give in to it. I'm convinced its addiction ... I quit smoking, drinking and caffeine 4+ years ago and this "want" feels the same so I use my old quitting skills to help me

we will get there ! I look forward to sharing your journey. Whoop rah!

Yay! Down another 1.2 this morning and 1.8 loss yesterday so how cool is that after a 3 days stall, no movement.

I changed to HCG pellets and whammo two great losses in a row. I love them thur pellets *smiles* just starting day 3 on the pellets and though they take AGES to dissolve under the tongue, like 20 minutes! it seems to be working and I am actually feeling better on them so we shall see, so far so good!

Day 27 begins and to date 23lbs lost in 26 days, not too shabby folks, not too shabby!

Have a great day everyone, stay positive, keep smiling and share your wonderful losses with us all.

Juje and apple!!

YAY on those loses Suzy

I stayed the same, but I was ready for it since I lost 4 days in a row. I expect I'll stay the same tomorrow too, then I should be dropping again by Sun or Mon mornings

I'm feeling a bit hungry, but I skipped my lunch veggie today. I was away from home today and packed my lunch, but didn't take the time to get veggies. I had chicken and apples. Dinner will be soon I'm having steak and raw spinach with vinagrette (made from vinegar, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder and sweetener).

sounds yum your din dins.

I have the same thing every night this week cos I LOVE it! lol ... lightly boil 100g chicken pieces throw in 8oz chopped up celery, add lemon pepper seasoning and sweet basil, simmer together for 15 mins and OMG sooooooo nice !

after dinner I have one Orange chopped up in to pieces plus one grissini stick.

For lunch I just have a natural pure protein shake, that's it for lunch. At 10am I have half a grapefruit and at 3pm the other half.

(so I have double celery for dinner as calories are so so low)

I drink two pots of green tea everyday so get 2 x 1.2litres + herbal tea mid morning + the herbal before bed, so consistant with about 2.7 - 3 litres of good fluids per day. LOVE good quality green tea. YUMMO!

before bed I have a gentle colon cleanse herbal tea which keeps me regular everyday and no issues with my bowels.

I still get my 500 cals or a fraction under.

my regime is working brilliantly and I couldn't ask for better. and I LOVE the HCG pellets over the drops so far.

check out 5 lbs of fat to the muscle. Is it any wonder obese people look fat, because it really is just fat and I have 92 lbs of that to ditch yet! Can't wait. I find this pic very motivational to keep me plugging along.

New to HCG but have read many wonderful things about it. Got notice that my pellets have shipped and should arrive within a few days. TOM for me so a good time to get ready for this start. Honestly, I've never dieted before. I know I need to lose 60+ lbs but so many other diets have seemed overwhelming in what to do and not to do. I've finally found something that seems clear and concise to my mind. So, here's to praying the pellets work. As soon as this snow settles I'll be out to get a good bath and kitchen scale. Will be posting my stats in a few days. Really needing support and hoping you all don't mind my jumping on this wagon with you.
