Gurl! If you have access to Costco, they have a very good weight scale for $19.99 that weighs to the .1 and they also sell a digital food scale for $18.99![]() Very interesting info Suzy! I'm down 1.4lbs this morning and into a new decade ![]() So you really think the drops work better than the pellets? My DD will be starting this in April when I start my next round and she has the drops, but I'll be happy to buy her the pellets if they work better. I'm on Rx compounded cream, which seems to work great. I eat pretty basic mostly. Usually just meat (chicken tenders, ground beef or steak) and either asparagus, cabbage or raw spinach with my meals and apples or strawberries in the afternoons and evenings. I change up once in a while with an orange or cucumbers or tomatoes. I do make a chili from the hamburger meat/tomatoes/spices and eat it a couple of times a week. I've eaten scrambled eggs twice. I haven't been eating the melba lately. I found myself forcing myself to choke it down, so I ditched it, but I did enjoy it with the scramble eggs. Like eggs and hard toast Can't seem to find grissini around here.I hope you all have a GREAT day! Cindy T

hCG Transdermal Creams
hCG Transdermal creams are the newcomers on the block and because many people want to stick with a delivery method with a longer track record (or what their friends had success with), and because compounding pharmacies that offer it are harder to come by, the cream is not in wide use at the moment - although I predict this will change when more people discover it. It is about the same price as injections (depending on your source), and naturally it is the easiest of all to use since you simply apply it (usually 1 pump, about the size of a raisin, to your inside wrists) once a day. Getting into the routine first thing in the morning after your shower is a convenient and easy to remember. The cream is full strength hCG and as such requires a prescription. While some pharmacies are currently rushing to get on the lucrative hCG bandwagon, others do not offer it or have not heard of it. Compounding pharmacies on the other hand are a good source since they are well informed about it and mix it fresh on the day you receive it. It is creamy looking, spreads like hand cream, has no odor and is oil-free (so it does not interfere with your diet). If you abhor needles and need the once a day convenience of hCG cream but can't locate it anywhere, bounce us an email and we'll help you locate USA compounding pharmacies. |

Thanks for the welcome everyone. Started loading and hcg pellets so will see how this goes. Have lost weight over the past two years by changing eating and generally more active. I am so excited to see what changes this brings! Would someone please clarify for me so I'm sure I've read correctly....1 serving vegetable=1 cup? I plan to follow the program exact so I can be sure to reap maximum benefits! So good to be with other ladies doing the program also.

I had a hard time understanding veggie portions as well, but once I realized if I was eating chicken as a protein, my veggie portion would need to be bigger than when I ate beef to make up for the lower calories. Also, my choice of fruit mattered calorie wise as well. So, I soon realized I needed to pay attention to calories.
Week 4 has not been good to me so far on the scale. Today is the 2nd day of no losses and I came down with a terrible chest cold yesterday afternoon. Stayed 100% to protocol, but boy I would love to "feed this cold" I'm starving this morning, not feeling good and if I didn't understand you can't just stop taking HCG and jump right into P3 without severe consequences, I'd have called this a 23 day round and moved on But, instead, I'll bite the bullet, watch the clock until lunchtime and carry on, ending my round as planned![]() Hoping like anything the scales gives me a whooosh tomorrow ![]() Cindy T |

I am following the original protocol, except I use my veggies and toast as snacks instead to help me get through the day. I am in week one of VLCD and so far have lost 21.5 which is from my pre-load weight. I wasn't about to look at the weight after loading!

Thanks katiesmemaw! I was thinking being sick could cause water retention. I was telling my dh last night that my belly felt rounder and bloated. I'm feeling better today, so hopefully it's on it's way out.
I'm down .6lbs today. Not exactly the whoosh I was hoping for, but maybe I'll get a whooosh in the next day or so. WOW tddurham, thats fabulous!! I think your body LOVES hcg!! Nice job. Have a GREAT day all!! Cindy T |

well after 6 frustrating days of NO LOSS I finally dropped a lb this morning. I'm having a large juicy steak tonight with one tomato and one apple as advised by my naturopath, I can apparently do this twice in a six week period, it helps to kick the metobolism and shifts weight. I am a huge steak eater and look forward to a yummy piece.
I haven't had beef since I started HCG so it will be a most enjoyable dinner. Keep up the great losses guys, you are doing fantastic ! Stay positive, keep smiling and go get em' ! |

Well the detox worked, so far as I can tell, I dropped 1.5 from last night making a total of 22lbs lost in 7 days. I am expecting a stall, just don't want to have my hopes dropped that it will stay up. Woke up with more energy this morning, even skipped the morning coffee. Added three tea bags of green tea to my lunch kit thou. Jeans felt a bit looser today, I am so happy and excited. (Staring at my "skinny jeans" in the closet thou, they are size 22, I want THEM to be loose on me!) Added in a multivitamen along with my B100 to help with the energy lag towards the end of the day. Hoping it helps!

Sounds like you're doing GREAT!!
I also take a multi vit, B complex with C and potassium. I think by day 10 I can remember feeling completely normal, no energy lags at all. Prior to hcg, I often took afternoon naps, or least wanted one, but not now. Cindy T |

Thanks! I need to add potassium to the mix soon enough. The B complex helps some, but am still getting the headaches so added in the multivitamin which seems to be helping this morning so far.

good morning beautiful people
down another .8 this morning so 1.8 in 2 days, yay! Almost 25lb loss total for first month on HCG TOM is coming and it is not due either, but have heard HCG can bring TOM on, darn it! That huge steak and tomato was so nice last night! nom nom nom I take a powerful multi vitamin + chromemate + Acai berry detox daily. Works okay, still feel very flat and weak quite a lot though. Keep smiling, stay positive! Let's get this!!!!! |

Nice loss Suzy!
I wonder if you could use some B vits or potassium. I've been taking them since the start and have not felt "flat" since the beginning. My experience is that I had brief periods of "woooziness" and "flatness" between times of higher energy and feeling really good for about the first 10 days, maybe only 8/9 days. Only once did I lay down (day 2 or 3) because I felt woozy/headachey and my vision wasn't right, it passed in 20-30 mins. Since then I've felt completely normal, no issues, except for this cold I came down with a few days ago. Cindy T |
