Hi Adeline
Well, take it easy on yourself. I do think it is better to stay at a higher weight than try to go lower than your body is comfortable with. And to fill out the sags and bags a bit! I have found there to be many many emotional issues around weight , food and the body. It is a minefield in my case.. ![]() Sometimes it is good to not focus too closely on diet and look at the surrounding issues instead. That is working for me right now- I am dealing with the other stuff in my life and just kind of looking out of the corner of my eye at the diet stuff- I am aware of it, and watching it, but not letting it rule the game. Focusing too highly on my body and diet can be a misdirection of energies I think- as these things are a result of the inner terrain, not the other way around! |

Thanks Nola. I agree with your thoughts on filling out the bags and sags a bit. I know I don't want to be a bag of bones with hanging skin everywhere. I will go for 155, and see where that takes me. I know I don't like how I look at 168-169. No clothes look good on me at this point. The emotional and spiritual stuff is HUGE!
