Turning Chicken Thigh Day into Protein Fast?

Okay, I would love some input here. I started off the day planning on doing a chicken thigh day (which I've never done before). Well... I don't think I like chicken that much. Having a hard time picturing eating just chicken thighs the rest of the day.

Do you think it would work to turn this into a protein fast/protein day? I've had 3 chicken thighs so far (1 for breakfast and 2 for lunch). If not, I guess I can just try and stick it out, but man...

I was thinking about having a burger for dinner. Don't know what I'd do for snack if I feel like I need one (maybe a HB egg... or even GY?).

Your thoughts/experience would be much appreciated. TIA!

I think a burger would be just fine! I used to try and do an egg day, but by lunch was thinking "no way can I eat another egg..." so it turned into an egg, tilapia, chicken day! Hey, I lost 2 pounds, so I think all-protein is just as effective! Good luck to you!

I did a coffee with cream and splenda and bacon day and lost 4 lbs once. Try it it couldnt hurt.

Wow! That's amazing. I'm surprised as bacon usually has so much sodium in it. As much as I love bacon, I don't think I could just eat bacon all day.
