You're in the right place to get all the support you need!

NSV (Non-scale victory) - jeans I tried to fit into last Friday, that wouldn't even button fit me beautifully yesterday! I was beside myself with joy!
I thought i was being pretty ocd. I measure everything at a raw weight. drink no less than 120 oz of water + green tea (usually 40 0z) + 20 0z of coffee in the am. I usually only eat one fruit and only two of the four allotted melba rounds....with all the liquid I am ready to pop by the end of the day! I am never hungry and i rarely have sugar cravings...but when i do they are always manageable.

I did wear jeans yesterday w/o having to do the wiggly stretching dance to get them on!

Good Morning!

I'm only down .1 today, but I figured that after 2.5 whoosh yesterday.

Not looking foreword to today. I have to attend a childs Bday party at a pizza place this afternoon. I'll bring my water and apples, but I'm sure it's going to put me in "a mood"

Hang tough everybody!

Wow, Heather! Sending big cyber hugs your way! I know exactly how you feel, but look how far you've come: 13.6 pounds in less than 21 days. That's way better than me (12 pounds in heck I've lost count I think it's like 33 days)! Remember how long in the real world it would take us to lose 14 pounds? Hang in there sweetie!

Nope. Still hurts. Especially the bikini line around your period. As I found out last time I had it done! Yikes! Oh and btw, if and when any of you ladies start BHRT that includes testosterone, do NOT use the cream on your inner thighs!

I am down the one pound mysterious gain from yesterday + another .4 - YAY!!!

Hang in there, if you are stalling it shall surely break!!!!!

I have tested my particular losses and it really does appear I lose better with two servings of beef a day. I dunno why. I don't remember that being a factor in any other rounds. So I have cut back my fruits to one and dropped the melba to compensate for calories since beef is higher. I still have several packages of 100g chicken breast in the freezer so I will probably use some, but I have alot of beef still so will at least do double beef several days out of the week this week. Still appear to have enough shot liquids to last so am continuing onward. I really really REALLY want to get into and beyond VFT before I stop.

Hey all.. I think I am down 1.5 today, but I will only claim 1. Went to record my weight about a half hour later than when I weighed and was surprised at the loss. I decided to double check, but I had already had coffee and water, so I weighed in .5 higher.

2cups chopped celery
2 cups water (more might need to be added)
1 clove roasted garlic
2 tsp minced dried onion
pinch of herbs (i used basil, rosemary, thyme)
sea salt pepper to taste

I boiled everything till the celery was tender then hit it w/ my emulsion blender. Sprinkle paprika on top!

I liked it...but sometimes my taste buds are odd! I love soups and roasted things.

I am on day 19 and will do the 40 ish day...lol...not sure if it is 42 or 43? I was hoping to have lost a little more than I have by now...but I will take what I get. I am moving back home to Texas (i'm currently in GA) and would LOVE to be at least halfway back to my lowest from 2008/2009. I would love to be below 250-240 by June. I don't even know if that is possible. My dr. was thinking that i would tend to lose a bit faster/more than avg because of my body composition..i'm built like a man! lol...bigger frame and muscle mass. 200lbs for me is a size 10 and I would be HAPPY there again!!! BUT I truly want to be 170 if at all possible!

Down .2 this morning, and feeling much better than yesterday. Great job on all the losses, and the little ones. Sorry to see some people getting discouraged, but it's so true what Jeanette said, the amount of weight we're losing would take waaaaay longer to do any other way. Today was the end of my day 7 and I'm down 5 pounds. I could never have lost 5 pounds in one week and not been hungry any other way that I can think of. This isn't easy but we can do this!

HaHa that was SUPPOSED TO READ "CRAB scramble"

I totally agree that any other way would be just as hard if not harder. I remember the excruciating and grueling hours I spent running, swimming and lifting weights when I lost all of my previous weight on SB. I loved the WOE but I don't have that kind of time to work out anymore....not at that level of intensity!

WooHoo I was down this morning back to 282.4
Now of course this is where I was on THURSDAY so not sure what gives...but I just hope the number stays and continues to go down. I go back to my doctor on Tuesday for the other 20 something of my "trokies" so I would love to see the 270s by then...anything below 280 would be GREAT!!

Hope everyone has a super Sunday (haha....didn't think about it being the super bowl! ) I'm going back to bed...it is too early for me on a sunday!!

OOOOH GROSS, mine was awful! and not very filling! As I am nearing the end of my round, I am fine with the same food day in and day out. I really don't care what it is as long as I get to eat! I've had cabbage every day this week, and most of the time with 93/7 beef. I've had really good losses this week too!

Way to rock it hcg! as I always say a loss is a loss is a loss!

I hit a huge milestone today and I want to shout it from the mountain tops! I've lost

50

pounds!

I got on the scale 3 times. I originally started with low carb in June at 233.5 and I lost a few pounds, but it wasn't until I started hcg that I really took off!

June - October lost 15 pounds
Round 1 23 days HCG I lost 20 pounds
Round 2 40 days HCG I've lost 15 so far (9 more days to go)

Thanks for all the cyber support! It truly makes a difference. I need to post pictures soon!

Congratulations Jeanette on the milestone! Way to Go!

Thanks for the encouragement for my apple day. I only lost .8 - my losses have totally stunk in the last several days!!!

I tried the fat fast but only lost .4 and .2 when I did that - so I went back to protocol. I think I may need to UP my water. I haven't been drinking what is expected because I find plain water boring. I prefer to drink tea -which I typically drink 2 -3 cups of that per day, if not more.

Cathy - Sorry for your ankle injury. I hope you feel better soon!

Actually, 14 pounds just watching calories is nothing for me. I can usually lose near 20 in a month just counting calories and light cardio exercise. It's keeping that off that I can't do which is what I was hoping with this program.

But now I'm UP another .8 lbs. today for a total of 2.2 lbs regained in the last 2 days. I haven't even lost any inches since the first week (and I only lost a total of 1 inch then). I honestly just want to curl up into a ball and cry. Mentally, I am exhausted and I'm physically exhausted too. My last dosing day will be Wednesday.

I'm glad this method works for the majority of you, but I don't think it works for me. Best of luck, everyone.

Oh Heather I feel so bad that you're feeling like this. I don't know what to say... Have you been faithful to protocol? Are you too stress? Are you sure your hcg is good? Are you eating too little calories or too many? You're start was amazing, maybe your body is just adjusting and may need a little time?
Remember you got sick maybe it has something to do with it.

A couple of things, first about the inches lost... You're body will continue to "reshape" on into P3, so even if you're not noticing inches in areas you've measured, it's possible that you will notice more inch loss well after you're done with P2. I experienced this for myself, that is assuming you stick to P3 protocol.

I'm not sure how many days you're into this round, but it looks from the bottom of your post like you've done 3 weeks? So in 21 days you've lost a total of 12.8 pounds, is that correct? If so, you've lost an average of .6 pounds per day. That is actually better than my average on both my previous rounds. It seems common for a lot of folks that don't have a huge amount to lose to have an average loss of .5 pounds per day. According to this you're doing awesome! Sometimes we have to look at the big picture, and not focus on the here and now. I know, easier said than done, but it looks to me like you're doing well.

Also, there are things that can effect weight loss negatively, TOM, being sick, inflammation, even ovulation. Have you watched labels on spices closely? My first two days I was using a type of vinegar that had sugar right in the ingredients... It's easy to do. Every little starch and sugar in spices, supplements and vitamins, etc. can slow or even bump you back up. Drinking tons of water is extremely important as well. I hope this has helped. I really think you're doing well, but if you are mentally done, then you should stop. Stress is also great at sabotaging weight loss.

Well, I've had no loss this morning, but I'm officially starting the dreaded week two! I'm also PMS-ing a bit. Tom isn't due till next week but I usually have sore breasts for a whole week or longer before he shows, and guess what? They HURT! I guess it was a little PPP on my part starting so that week two would be a hormonal week, but nothing I can do about it now. I'm still kicking myself a little for gaining it all back from 2010... Ugh.

Way to go, Memory Keeper! Woot!

So now I can claim my .5 loss from yesterday. I even ate out last night! I had a flat iron steak and spinach. The steak was marinated in soy and garlic, but it didn't show up on the scale today, so I consider that a victory.

@Heather, sorry you are having a rough time. I was one that could not lose weight any other way, so I kinda have no other choice, which makes it easier I think to stick to this. Also, like others said, if you were sick somewhere in this process, that will stall you out some. AND, I had a zero loss week 3 but losses picked up again significantly in week 4-5, which is where I'm at. It ain't over till it's over! I wish we were closer to you to give you a (((HUG))) IRL.

I'm down a *whoosh* but am waiting for the inevitable "take-back" my body is doing this round, lose 2 gain 1 etc which is a completely different losing pattern than I have had in any previous round. Right now, if my current weight sticks and doesn't pop back up tomorrow, I am only .6 from Virgin Fat Territory since adulthood. I have 6 more shots left and am doing a skip day today so my LIW will be Saturday next weekend. I may decide to extend a bit using pellets but will decide depending on how I feel.

AND JEANETTE!!! YAY!!!
